Tonight Pizzeria Farinè .. we had 2 pizzas: a margherita and a norma, I felt like I had gone back in time, the edges well cooked, soft and not rubbery, ricotta salata doc, very sweet aubergines ... tomato that tastes like tomato without an acidic taste .. truly excellent ... it was a positive discovery! I will definitely return ..
