17/09/2025: We had later lunch and limoncello spritz and it was simply great. The spritz was stronger than we expected - this helped also that we felt so good there 🤣. Service was very nice, nice place on the square and we had also very nice coffee. I can only recommend.

13/09/2025: I arrived at the restaurant, politely asking to be seated. I sat down and ordered a Margherita and a Campagnola. After about 15 minutes, the pizzas were brought to us. They didn't look or smell good, but the worst came when my dad and I tasted them. The dough tasted like yeast, the sauce was sour, and the mozzarella had no flavor. The worst pizza of my life, truly awful. They'll never remember me again.

19/08/2025: The owner is lovely, and his wife in the kitchen concocts delicious Sicilian dishes. Don't hesitate; the few negative reviews are not true.

Pasta senza sale sale, porzioni ridicole, abbiamo preso una porzione di calamari fritti del prezzo di 20 euro, dove ne hanno portato 4 contanti, una vergogna assoluta. Prezzi alti per la scarsa qualità del cibo e del servizio. Da evitare assolutamente

The staff is treated with arrogance and rudeness, and the tone in the dining room ruins the experience. These practices reflect an old, opaque mentality that holds Sicily back and discourages those seeking professionalism and respect. This place should be avoided without any ifs or buts.

15/10/2025: The pastry shop is good, but the same can't be said for the staff...one of them was, as they say locally, a perfect "Bovaro"!!! It was spooky.

23/08/2025: Best cannoli I've ever had in Sicily. The shell was incredibly crispy, and the ricotta was delicate yet bold. If you're in Nicosia or just passing through, the cannoli at Caffè Battaglia is a must.

07/10/2025: Better to avoid. Perhaps due to the end of the season, but the staff was unfriendly and ignorant, the food was either unavailable or obviously gone bad (Grantia), and the ambiance was unappealing.

05/09/2025: If the food is pretty good but the staff is awful! What's the point of going there? I'd rather give my money to someone more friendly than to them, who are rude and who, when you arrive, mind their own business!!! They talked to the next table about their business without even bothering to take our order since we were sitting down. We had to get up to say what we'd like to eat, and for a piece of bread with even the worst seasoning, we had to wait an hour...!!! No one paid attention to us and they also served us terribly... I definitely won't set foot in there again because they don't deserve it.

03/10/2025: Avoid!!! €10 for two beers in the afternoon, and the bill in the evening was particularly steep too! They tried to rip us off; instead of counting menus, they counted individual dishes. Not honest. And the food is mediocre. And the location is located on the side of an extremely busy road... There's nothing worth stopping at this place!

21/09/2025: The apartment is in an exceptional location, but they didn't have the reservation made two months before. It took a lot of nerves and discussion with the manager The restaurant was a joke, disappointing food, not good at all and very expensive and bad service
