Ristorante "Il Principe", Bar e Pasticceria In Taormina

Really good restaurant with a nice atmosphere and excellent service. The staff were friendly, attentive and made sure everything ran smoothly throughout the visit. I ordered the lasagna and it was truly amazing, full of flavor and prepared with care. The portion was a bit smaller than I expected, but the quality of the food made up for it. A dish I highly recommend. Overall a very good experience

Honestly do not understand the bad reviews for this place at all… Me and my mum had the best risottos of our lives! I ordered a pumpkin cream one with porcini mushrooms and Gorgonzola cheese and my mum had a prawn risotto with lemon and she absolutely loved and praised. The coperto is a little high (3 euros pp) but we didn’t mind as our food was fantastic

We enjoyed our experience so much! Delicious Chicken Cutlet & great service! So much more affordable in comparison to others in the area. The only thing we didn’t like is that we discovered it on our last night!

I honestly cannot support the negativ comments. The food was quiet delicious especially the swordfish. The service was nice and quick and food was served swiftly. Over all good experience.

I can't quite understand the current reviews of this restaurant (as of June 2, 2026). The food here is always delicious, and the quality is consistently excellent. The staff is also always friendly and welcoming. It's surprising that there are sometimes still free tables in the evenings. A definite recommendation.

We returned to this restaurant for the second time because we enjoyed the food and service so much. The Etna wine and the seafood pasta are especially recommended!
