Dovrebbe imparare ad accogliere i cliente cosa che non sa minimamente. Mai più piede li in quel posto per i prossimi mesi. occorre empatia, gentilezza, dialogo, educazione. possono avere il miglior locale ma non sapranno nulla di tutto ciò. a dir poco vergognoso. 08/07/2025: The quality of the food is excellent. The quantities could be improved; anyone who has lived in Greece and eaten in authentic tavernas knows that tradition dictates very large portions. The prices are also significantly higher than the original ones, but at least the excellent quality and craftsmanship makes up for it. It's a very relaxed atmosphere; in my opinion, the aesthetics could be improved by following Greek tradition to make the experience more immersive. Otherwise, I have nothing to complain about; they even prepare the dishes fairly quickly.

31/08/2025: Arriving at 9:15 we queued with a timeframe they said was 15 minutes, we sat down after 30 minutes we ordered with another wait two pizzas Mediterranean and tuna arrived at the table at 11:15 pm Mediterranean without any flavour, tuna quite tasty but tuna did not arrive a heavy meal many customers left the pizza on the plates half pizza or the whole crust for us highly not recommended in addition the restaurant next door puts the karaoke at an unbearable volume for a total of two hours of waiting with the added torture of two hours of karaoke

23/07/2025: Sono stata qui con mia sorella per una cena autentica in un posto tranquillo, consigliata da un mio collega. Una cucina autentica senza fronzoli fatta benissimo. Il personale attento educatissimo e socievole . Ci hanno consigliato in modo sincero e preparato e devo dire che lo spaghetto coi ricci era in effetti STRAORDINARIO! TORNEREI DOMANI ANCHE SOLO PER QUELLO! I prodotti molto freschi , le porzioni soddisfacenti . La location sotto al faro ha il suo fascino, nonostante il caldo estremo hanno due grandi "generatori di aria fresca" all esterno (non so come definirli :)! ) Grazie per la bella esperienza!

19/07/2025: Ottimo ristorante sulla piazza di Punta Secca a due passi dalla casa dí Montalbano! Hanno gestito egregiamente una tavolata di 10 persone! Ottimi gli antipasti, buoni i primi! Consigliato

25/08/2025: I went to this bar to buy a cake for birthday. To be honest, I dont know the one I bought was cake or gelato. I pointed to it and the seller picked it for me, put in a normal box and gave it to me. When I came home, the cake (or gelato I dont know) melted totally. The seller did not tell me anything. Or at least in this weather (32•C), they have to put my product in the protect box from the heat outside. Totally disapointed!

The problem is the behavior of outsiders and the lack of staff dedicated to maintaining order: one lay down on the floor to play with his little girl, another was screaming outside, another was throwing cigarettes on the floor (lots of trash outside), and the bathroom was dirty. In short, an unpleasant experience, but unfortunately, it's one of the few Autogrills in the area.
