25/06/2025: Per un compleanno di una bimba è stato scelto questo bar come catering dai genitori. Mia figlia è celiaca e prima ancora di accettare l’invito ho chiesto alla mamma della festeggiata di chiedere se ci fosse la possibilità di avere rustici e torta senza glutine, alla stessa dal bar è stato assicurato che non ci fossero problemi perché loro si fanno arrivare i prodotti senza glutine da un fornitore esterno. Partiamo con i rustici, 2 per altro piccoli rispetto a quelli che avevamo tutti, ora la scelta del numero non so se ricada su chi ve li ha ordinati dato che io già gli avevo detto di farne 3 o se lo avete dimenticato voi, ad ogni modo dovreste consigliare di prenderne sempre almeno 1 in più , perché se uno o entrambi i pezzi malauguratamente cadono per terra chi è celiaco non ha altro da mangiare , poi davvero ridicolo dato che i rustici normali erano talmente tanti che purtroppo molti sono stati addirittura buttati, c’erano almeno 5 pezzi diversi a persona e tantissimi sono rimasti e altrettanti buttati! Passiamo alla torta, arrivati al momento della torta, la chiediamo alla signora della sala , e ci risponde che non c’era nessuna torta, chiede alla mamma della festeggiata e ci risponde che l’anno dimenticata, dimenticata?! Quindi abbiamo dovuto lasciare la festa prima della fine, perché mia figlia una bambina di 6 anni, ci è rimasta malissimo che non ci fosse il dolce per lei, per evitare di peggiorare la situazione non l abbiamo mangiata neanche noi e siamo corsi subito via per andare a rimediare con un gelatino ,vista la delusione! E si perché a quell’età e sapendo la patologia che hai, quando si tratta di diversità tutto è delusione! Anche una semplice caramella! Ovviamente non sapete fare il vostro lavoro, non avete idea di cosa significhi serietà , altrimenti non sarebbe successo, e non ditemi sono cose che possono succedere, perché abbiamo scoperto la celiachia di mia figlia 5 anni fa, abbiamo girato dappertutto, partecipato a feste di ogni genere, ed è la prima volta che accade una cosa del genere! Per quanto mi riguarda sconsiglio assolutamente su tutta la linea.

05/08/2025: It's fallen downhill from five years ago. Probably due to a change of management. The portions are small, and the final bill has risen significantly. It's a shame. We've lost a point of reference for traditional Palermo cuisine to eat in the piazza...

04/08/2025: Excellent food with delicious appetizers and good service. The bacon and onion platter is a must-try. (Trust me, it's super good.) The cashier on August 3rd was a real downer. He was rude and completely unprofessional.

15/12/2024: Siamo andati in questo posto perché da tempo ne avevamo sentito parlare ,siamo arrivati con grande curiosità e aspettative ma ci ritroviamo a dover fare delle puntualizzazioni . Per quanto riguarda la location ambiente accogliente ,personale poco professionale,per quanto riguarda il cibo gli antipasti buoni anche se troppo moderate le quantità ,j primi il cous cous era buono , le busiate con la salsiccia scarna e i fusilli con la zucca non legavano con il condimento ,i secondi e il dolce ok . Nota dolente per quanto riguarda il vino in quanto telefonicamente mi è stato riferito che era compreso nel prezzo ,invece nel momento del conto ci rendiamo conto che era a parte circa 18 euro la bottiglia . Per quanto mi riguarda non considero professionale e seria un informazione telefonica illusoria. Quando ho riferito al proprietario l accaduto prontamente mi ha risposto che avrebbe richiamato il personale ma credo che nessun impiegato abbia voce in capitolo o prenda iniziativa di questo tipo. Qualità prezzo non proporzionato .

07/08/2025: The first thing that strikes you as soon as you walk in the door of the El Jazira restaurant is the welcome... you feel at home, in a warm and friendly atmosphere. Something that rarely happens in restaurants. The menu offers a vast selection of appetizers, first courses, and second courses, and everything is delicious, top-quality. We're regulars now, so I think there's no point trying other places if you feel at home in one place. The couscous is divine, among the best in San Vito, and the fried fish 🔝. Last night I had tagliolini with squid ink, sea urchins, and burrata... poetry. Tagliolini with shrimp tartare, spectacular, various fried fish, and even the dessert was excellent. The wine list is excellent, good value. Our holiday is coming to an end, but we'll be back very soon ❤️ Thank you all again for the professionalism and expertise you put into your work.

05/08/2025: My experience wasn't a positive one. The food might not have been bad, but the presence of allergens not listed on the menu ruined the dinner. Be careful and always ask, as they don't list all the ingredients used on the menu. They justified themselves by saying I should have asked, but perhaps they forget that they were in the wrong for changing the information. I personally don't recommend it.

26/07/2025: Bad choice, seemingly nice place.... too bad that in July without air conditioning you die of the heat.... non-existent service.... after 1 hour the appetizer arrived and after another hour the first course... with a little surprise.... a beautiful green worm that walked undisturbed on the pasta.... they remade my plate and even made me pay for it.... I will never go back

20/07/2025: It's fair to give it 5 stars because I had a pretty good time. Sure, the service and organization could be improved a bit, but it was a Saturday night and the place was practically full. The sandwiches were delicious. The owner was friendly.

28/07/2025: In vacanza a San Vito lo Capo ed in cerca di specialità siciliane mi sono imbattuto in questo angolo paradisiaco di sapori. Calzone fritto al ragù sensazionale ed indimenticabile. Arancine spettacolari, il tutto accompagnato dalla cortesia.

27/07/2025: c'è tanto tanto di meglio in giro, i cannoli sia nella ricotta che nel guscio o crista, sono identici a tutti gli altri della cittadina e nn dovrebbe essere così visto il nome, o cmq nn se ne riesce a distinguere il sapore.

05/08/2025: We returned, for the second time after a year, to this restaurant that had left us with such wonderful memories. We ordered the same dishes, and the quality was exactly the same as last year. Everything was extremely excellent, and both my husband and I are used to eating good fish. The chef's skill was evident, the owner remembered us, and we were very pleased, and the service was thoughtful and attentive. This is the restaurant we will never miss.

26/04/2025: Es un lugar limpio, tranquilo, de calidad, económico y atendido muy profesionalmente, fuera del centro histórico, justo frente a los jardines de Orleans y a la Universidad. Un buen lugar para relajarse y tomar un buen helado o un café.
