24/10/2025: We're here for tea and a Genovese with ricotta. The staff is friendly and attentive, the service impeccable, the atmosphere welcoming, and the products delicious.

23/10/2025: We landed at Palermo airport and before returning to our beloved home, we decided to make a quick stop here. An excellent decision, given that they stock delicious desserts, delicious and plentiful hot food, and even starters and main courses. An excellent experience.

14/09/2025: We celebrated my husband's 50th birthday at this location. The hostess was very kind and helpful. We felt right at home... the food was very good. We spent €37 per person for a menu consisting of an aperitif, various appetizers, a first course, cake, fruit, and unlimited drinks. I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 for just one reason: during the evening, they had a problem in the kitchen that made the pasta sauce we had chosen unusable. So they had to improvise with a first course made with what they had, which unfortunately turned out very dry (not to mention that it was with mushrooms, which I don't eat, and they didn't even ask us if it was okay as an alternative). However, the thing that left me feeling "a bit so" is that, despite the inconvenience of the first course (even though I understand that it was obviously not wanted or expected), we weren't even given a €1 discount 😅. And honestly, we all expected that. Or at least I, as a business owner, would have done so.

02/08/2025: We had dinner at Villa delle Palme on Friday, August 1st. As soon as we arrived, we were welcomed by Caterina and her daughter in their villa surrounded by greenery. The location was beautiful, the buffet excellent, everything authentic and well-cooked by Caterina, who was very friendly and welcoming. We will return as soon as possible.

27/10/2025: A bit of everything. The first selection on the menu. A taste of Italian cuisine with an eye for both flavor and detail. A bit of everything. The restaurant itself, a ranch-style mishmash with a pleasant view. The music is spot on, the atmosphere on the patio is pleasant. A real treat, including the pasta that follows. A thunderstorm has gathered above us and subsided. Minutes pass, turning into well over half an hour. Night falls, and we're offered an umbrella. A bit of everything. Beautiful.

18/10/2025: This is the third time I've stopped in for a dessert or drink. The pastry shop is good, served by the attentive young people at the counter, who are always kind and generous with information upon my requests.

14/10/2025: The pastries are delicious; every time I've found a wide selection, everything is truly delicious. The deli also deserves a mention, and after tasting them, I always use them for events. Plus, the kindness and helpfulness of the staff make you even appreciate a quick cup of coffee! Highly recommended!

23/10/2025: The tartare was shameful to say the least (in a good way), a triumph of flavors!! A ten!

12/10/2025: Fantastic culinary and service experience. The waitress Silvia made everything better by accommodating our needs without making us feel uncomfortable. They also have many gluten-free options, so even those with celiac disease or intolerances are welcome. Overall, the entire staff was kind, friendly, and attentive. Very fair prices for the quality of the meat; everything was truly delicious.

16/10/2025: Unfortunately, they spoke little English, but the staff was very welcoming nonetheless. Incredibly delicious pasta (ravioli with ragù ibleo)! There was no mention of dessert on the menu, but I was informed at the table. Unfortunately, the cannoli were sold out, but the alternative chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream was also fantastic. The schnapps was complimentary. The only downside: the espresso came in a plastic cup. I recommend Gusto Ibleo to anyone who wants to enjoy excellent food.

02/11/2025: Excellent restaurant, typical Sicilian cuisine, lots of local customers. The service is professional and friendly, sometimes a little slow when they have large groups. We have dined there several times, always very satisfied with our meals (risottos, pasta, seafood); in our opinion, it's one of the best restaurants in the area.

Michele and Salvatore, two brothers (one in the dining room and the other in the kitchen), truly know how to make you feel at home, treating you with kid gloves and always with a smile. 🌞 When a good bond is formed, a complimentary glass of amaro or an extra portion of their signature dishes is always a must... small gestures that make all the difference and express their passion for Sicilian hospitality. I stayed in Castellammare for five days and returned to dinner there five times: every night was an unforgettable experience, the best of my entire Sicilian tour! 🇮🇹🍋 Memorable dishes: the Black Widow, the Sicilian cassata, the busiate, the XL cannoli, and the best caponata I've ever tasted. Everything was perfect, from the first bite to the last toast. Finding a restaurant like this was a true luxury for my family and I and made our stay in Sicily even more special. 01/11/2025: Saturday night, the place was very noisy, the upstairs very hot, and we had to climb up and down stairs every time we went to the bathroom. Unprofessional staff. Extremely slow service. We'd been sitting since 8:30 PM, and at 10:40 PM we were still waiting for our pizzas. It was an agony I couldn't wait for to end.

23/10/2025: Found by chance, I can only recommend this place. We had a great meal; the pizzas were excellent, the dough light and the toppings well-seasoned. The waitress was sweet, attentive, and professional. The dessert was incredibly delicious. Highly recommended!

26/09/2025: Bad night. Saturday night. We had a booked group! Burned pizzas served an hour after ordering, in two batches for a group of seven. Gourmet pizzas lacking character, banal, and with the ingredients listed on the menu indistinguishable. The staff was overworked: they seemed unable to keep up with everyone. When we complained to the waiter at the end of the evening about the burnt pizzas, he told us we could have them remade. Perhaps it was just a bad night for the place, but I won't try again given the quality/price ratio.
