20/09/2025: When I go to Ribera, there's a must-stop: Bar Turano. Here I find the best arancini; more than arancini, they're true bombs that explode in your mouth with all their flavor, from the meat ones to the prosciutto ones. Not to mention the Genovese with cream. With the first bite, you immediately find cream and chocolate in your mouth. A true delight for the palate.

14/09/2025: The food is average. When we arrived, the waitress greeted us without a smile. Afterward, there was a bit of an argument between the waiters. For a pizza, mussel soup, a chicken skewer, and a sparkling water, it cost 40 euros. Neither cheap nor excessively expensive.

Il percorso di mare che abbiamo scelto ha soddisfatto il nostro palato, regalandoci un’esperienza piacevolissima. 15/10/2025: Today I stopped for dinner with friends at this charming restaurant in Ragusa Ibla. There's not much seating, but the warmth and hospitality of the staff are priceless. The food was a real surprise. We sampled the various appetizers and finished with a splendid beef tartare. Fresh ingredients, local cuisine with influences from the rest of Italy and abroad. I highly recommend it.

12/10/2025: I've dined here several times. Crossing the threshold of Ciaciò pane e vino is like being transported to a unique world of so many things. The location is welcoming and elegant, the aromas captivate and inebriate, and the dishes are never predictable or banal. And last but not least, the personal touch: the girls are incredibly kind and professional. Speaking with Tania makes you realize how much passion and dedication she puts into her art of preparing excellent food. What she serves is the result of a constant search that manages to blend originality and tradition. Her engaging smile and everything else make Ciaciò a magical place. Congratulations on everything.

26/08/2025: It was as if old friends had invited us to dinner. Patrizia, in addition to being an excellent cook, is also a culinary school teacher, so together with Luigi, they explain the recipes and the history of the dishes you're enjoying in detail. It was a truly convivial and relaxed evening, so much so that we arrived at 7:00 PM and finished at midnight without realizing it! In short, it's definitely worth a try; if we ever return to Agrigento, we'll definitely be back. Warm regards to our guests, and don't forget Anas the dog, whose wonderful story Luigi will surely tell you.

When I expressed dissatisfaction, the staff was rude and impolite. They took away the entire meal, but still charged it to the bill. 15/10/2025: Small place (max 45 people), but that's okay. Scaletta Zanclea is a small town on the Messina/Catania coast, run by a husband and wife team. Egidia works as a waitress, and Mario is the excellent pizza chef. The pizzas are varied, the dough is very good and easy to digest, and the price is reasonable. If you're passing through Scaletta Zanclea, take advantage of it. It's definitely worth the effort. 😉

06/10/2025: For years now, it's been the best place to feel in Acireale in terms of cuisine. Simple, fast, welcoming, and delicious, it practically ticks all the boxes. Anyone who truly knows the people behind the counter, those who manage everything from the smallest to the largest, knows that the Mantellinas are people who had the brains, but above all the heart, to open a place like this. The food is very good, the service is extremely friendly, the prices are incredibly outrageous for what you get (in a good way), and the mother who runs the place is incredibly kind, generous, and never forgets her customers.

21/09/2025: The food is truly delicious! I gave it 4 stars for the service and atmosphere because the tables are on the street, with plastic cutlery, and you have to pick up your own plates and bring them to your table. But these are just minor details; the food is excellent and definitely worth a visit.
