Recommended by a friend, we tried Mari Mannu.
The fish counter at the entrance is already a guarantee, but after trying it, it's a confirmation.

We visited this restaurant with a group of friends and had a great dining experience overall.
For €87 between three people, we felt it was decent value and definitely didn’t feel like we were fishing for a better deal elsewhere.
We started with mussels and croutons as an entrée, which were a strong catch, and had two bottles of water alongside it. For the main, we shared the fregola seafood pasta, and this was the real star of the show. The portion was absolutely shore to impress, more than enough for the three of us, and it was cooked perfectly al dente. The flavours were well-balanced and satisfying without being too heavy.
The staff were also a highlight. They were friendly, easy to chat with, and happy to joke around with us, which made the whole experience feel relaxed and welcoming rather than too formal or “by the book.”
We were tempted by the desserts, but the portion size of the pasta had us completely hooked, so we had to pass this time.
There’s also free Wi-Fi available, which is a nice little bonus if you need to stay connected while enjoying your meal.
One small thing to note: there is a bathroom on-site, but one of the toilet doors didn’t lock properly, so just something to keep in mind.
Overall, a really enjoyable meal with great portions, good value, and a fun atmosphere. Definitely a place worth diving into, especially if you’re sharing dishes with friends.

We ate very well in Cagliari for a week for a tennis tournament and we went back. The fish counter was wonderful and the catch was only fresh. Excellent service. I recommend it to anyone who is passing through Cagliari and looking for fish.

I'd heard great things about this restaurant, and I finally found the right opportunity to try it. I decided to bring my parents along, and I have to say it was a perfect choice in every way.
As soon as I walked in, I was pleasantly surprised: I wasn't expecting such a refined and welcoming location. The extensive fresh fish counter in full view and the aquarium at the entrance immediately conveyed the quality and freshness of the ingredients.
From the very beginning, we were greeted with great friendliness and professionalism by the wait staff: attentive, smiling, and always available.
We ordered the fregola and were immediately won over by the intense, inviting aroma it released. From the first bite, it was a true explosion of flavors: perfectly balanced, rich in flavor, and with the freshest ingredients that truly made the difference.
An absolutely positive experience, which I recommend to anyone who loves quality fish. I will definitely be back to try other dishes on the menu.
