The products are of excellent quality (calling them cured meats and cheeses would be a real understatement), perfectly presented by the owner. The waitress who served was truly courteous and knowledgeable. A lovely place. Definitely worth a try.

What Max explains is pure poetry, it's enchanting! Even if the raw ingredients need no introduction... The tasting was more than excellent and the service impeccable.
