26/07/2025: Abbiamo mangiato molto bene e speso il giusto. Moscardini e frittura molto buoni. Anche il risotto e la grigliata di mare, abbondanti e gustosi. Personale molto gentile. Davvero consigliato!

19/07/2025: Sbarcati ad Olbia abbiamo trovato questo locale per un pranzo veloce di pesce, dopo un lungo viaggio!!! Tutto ottimo e porzioni abbondanti!!! Spaghetti allo scoglio, ostriche e calamaro alla griglia al top!! Consiglio anche per i prezzi…

18/07/2025: Excellent pizza! The restaurant's elegant design. They even found a lactose-free option for me and gave my niece some drawing paper. Maybe it would be nice if they could make some colorful placemats for the kids or something. In any case, everyone was super nice, and we all left the restaurant feeling very happy.

16/07/2025: I gave the rooms 5 stars because I only ate dinner at the restaurant. The waiter was very kind and helpful in recommending typical local products. The food was delicious, and the prices were in line with other seafood restaurants. The only downside was the 35-40 minute wait for appetizers and main courses. Maybe I just had a bad night.

22/07/2025: We just ate there, and everything was good, like a home-style trattoria! We loved it! It's worth a try; we've been there 4 or 5 times! Always fresh fish and everything cooked simply, just like at home! The place is modest, but the quality remains the same! We'll be back!

14/07/2025: This review is for the restaurant only. If you’re a fan of ultra-fresh seafood served in a no-frills, genuinely local setting—this spot is a must. What sets this restaurant apart is that it’s run by a family of fishermen, and the day’s menu reflects their daily catch. That means not only is everything incredibly fresh, but the offerings change constantly depending on what the sea has given them that day. The restaurant has been around since the early 1960s, and it feels like a time capsule in the best possible way. The decor is part maritime museum, part rustic fisherman’s hideaway—with Roman anchors, ancient amphorae, shark jaws, and decades-old photos of giant tunas and sharks caught by the Murru family. Add to that the stunning view of the Capo Testa cliffs and Corsica in the distance, and you’ve got a truly unique atmosphere. The food is simply prepared to highlight the quality of the ingredients, with generous portions perfect for sharing. One absolute must-try is the grigliata mista di pesce (mixed grilled fish platter). You’ll get a variety of whatever was caught that day, which could include lesser-known but delicious fish like mustela (greater forkbeard), palamita (bonito), sgombro (mackerel), as well as more familiar options like orata (gilt-head bream), spigola (sea bass), or triglia (red mullet). You can also choose a single whole fish to grill and share. I recently had grilled barracuda and I loved it. I also highly recommend the antipasti misti di mare (mixed seafood appetizers). These are perfect for sampling a wide range of flavors and may include rare local specialties like palombetti in umido (small stewed shark), alletterato sott'olio (little tunny preserved in oil), and bocconcini di pesce spada (swordfish bites), alongside classics like cozze alla marinara (mussels in tomato-garlic sauce) and insalata di polpo (octopus salad). Be sure to ask what’s available that day—sometimes you’ll get lucky with off-menu treats like fried alici (anchovies). The pasta and risotto dishes are equally impressive: think spaghetti alla pescatora, linguine ai cannolicchi (razor clams), Linguine con seppia (cuttlefish), spaghetti alle vongole (clams), spaghetti alla scarpara, or risotto al polpo (octopus risotto). Just a heads-up: ordering antipasti, pasta or risotto, and grilled fish in one meal is a lot of food. My suggestion? Visit twice—one meal focused on antipasti and grilled fish, the next on a pasta/risotto dish and grilled fish again. This place is a gem—unpretentious, authentic, and unforgettable. I absolutely love it.

18/06/2025: Too bad I can't give a zero star rating. The restaurant was recommended by our hotel....a huge disappointment. The welcome was cold, the atmosphere was lacking, and the background music was almost like a nuisance. The appetizer wasn't even served before the main course was served, so eating fish with spritz was meh. The dish was good, but it wasn't very filling. We were left wanting more for the prices. I definitely won't be going back, and I'd even less recommend it.

18/06/2025: Hello, we just left this establishment very disappointed. We had reserved a table for smokers (e-cigarettes), but when we arrived, we were told it was non-smoking... for starters, lol, even though it shouldn't have been a problem over the phone... let's move on. To cut a long story short, lousy service, no advice on the dishes ordered (veal sides served without any accompaniments and for only 25 euros🤣 The dish was served even though we were having an aperitif (the fish spritz was so good). In the end, we left very quickly.

03/08/2025: A very nice little hotel. Very central and right by the sea. The rooms are modern and clean, and the breakfast is very good by Italian standards. The staff is very friendly. We always needed hot water for tea in the room in the evenings. The next day, the staff knew immediately and gave us the water as soon as we were at the counter, very attentive.

30/07/2025: We stayed at this accommodation for a week. The hotel room was always clean and modern. The hotel is centrally located right by the sea, with several restaurants nearby. My personal highlight was enjoying breakfast right by the sea. There was a wide selection and very good quality – it was always fresh. The staff was always friendly and accommodating. We had a rental car for our week's stay. Unfortunately, there wasn't much parking available, but the hotel has a few parking spaces two streets away for €6 per day. We were very satisfied with the accommodation and would stay there again anytime. We have no complaints.

19/07/2025: Very pleasant residence surrounded by nature, large, clean pool with a bar and music to enhance the atmosphere. We had a wonderful time. However, a small drawback is the location of the rooms, which are 1 km from the reception and the pool; you have to get there by car. We were warned about this location, which was no surprise. Pleasant welcome.

05/07/2025: The residence is in a quiet location, but I liked it there. The pool is in a beautiful setting and there is also a bar. The breakfast was also sufficient in the form of a buffet. The room was clean and nice.

26/07/2025: Cena con la famiglia… ordino un insalata di mare, uno spaghetto con bottarga seppia gamberi e datterino fresco. Già che quando abbiamo ordinato il cibo non ci sia stato proposto il vino… ti fa capire che la caposala è poco attenta. Abbiamo dovuto richiedere… il menù non è ricchissimo e alcune cose erano pure esaurite!!!… la scelta quindi si limitava assai!!! Insalata di mare (18 €) senza infamia e senza lode, ma personalmente non mi ha fatto impazzire… dubbi sulla freschezza, soprattutto dei gamberetti, mascherata da una salsa… peso di rucola? Boh… Gli spaghetti immangiabili!!! Scotti (ma come si fa in Italia a servire la pasta scotta ad un italiano!!!), amara, slegata, poco condita… ci saranno stati 5 gamberetti e 3/4 listarelle di seppia… lasciata completamente nel piatto (20 €). Un encomio ad un cameriere, giovane, mingherlino, che si è preoccupato di chiedere volendo persino approfondire il motivo per il quale non avevo assolutamente gradito la portata. Non ho fatto polemica, figuriamoci, ma quel piatto non mi doveva essere messo in conto. Non so come possa avere tutte queste stelle, su che base possa aver raggiunto tale punteggio… faccio questo lavoro da una vita e posso permettermi di dire la mia.

09/08/2025: Great food. A lot of options for lunch. They also have sunbeds for 20e each and you can walk through the water to La Pelosa (not sure why you need to reserve a spot there because it’s literally like 50m from this place and you can reach it by foot easily)

07/08/2025: The waiter who served us was poorly trained and unhelpful. Considering the location and the price, the staff should be a little more knowledgeable in every way and eager to work.

02/05/2025: Excellent, grande variété de plats, cuisine soignée, produits de qualité, recettes sardes travaillées. Service précis, attentionné. Les convives manifestement italiens semblaient être des habitués connaisseurs.

22/04/2025: Pessima esperienza, pranzo rovinato, siamo stati fatti accomodare in un tavolo in mezzo al passaggio affianco a grosse tavolate, sembrava di mangiare nella hall dell'aeroporto, i piatti venivano serviti senza continuità e spesso abbiamo dovuto far presente che non erano stati serviti tutti, l'antipasto scarso una sardina una ciotola per quattro di fracassea che non abbiamo mangiato una fetta di prosciutto e qualche fetta di salsiccia a testa, i ravioli a onor del vere erano buoni per cui ne abbiamo chiesto altri, mentre le trofie con le cozze erano immangiabile troppo al dente e completamente scondite le abbiamo lasciate tutte, i gamberi erano troppo cotti stopposi mentre il maialetto sembrava bollito, concludeva il pranzo un dolce imbarazzante una pardulas secca a persona accompagnata dal peggior caffè che io abbia mai bevuto. Morale della favola siamo andati via prima possibile, da dimenticare!

20/07/2025: Esperienza splendida sotto ogni aspetto. Il pesce è freschissimo, cucinato con grande cura ed esaltato in modo semplice e autentico. La tartare di tonno era un vero capolavoro. Il servizio è stato attento, accogliente e sempre presente senza mai essere invadente. L’atmosfera rilassata ma curata rende tutto ancora più piacevole. Uno dei nostri ristoranti preferiti in assoluto, e secondo noi il migliore a Stintino.

10/06/2025: Turisti Fai da Te a Cagliari per 4 ore in città...scendendo verso il porto per rientro in nave abbiamo trovato questo localino assaggiando un tagliere con prodotti tipici sardi sia di salumi che formaggi e salatini varie...cibo ottimo e servito con cura..cameriere e servizio al tavolo Top e cordialità super...location (Bistrot) ottimo per uno stop & go piacevole
