04/05/2025: A mandatory bosa stop. Very nice place inside and charming outside walls covered in ivy. I had an aperitif there and tried the tasting of Malvasia paired with cheeses. I was also there for breakfast the next day and had a great time. In the evening there is music and a lot of people. Friendly and professional staff. We will definitely return

23/08/2024: We were in this quaint pub and drank a delicious Aperol Spritz. Our service was friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately there was no soap or towels in the toilet. The restaurant is right on the street and we were able to sit outside. It was little attended. There are slot machines inside and snacks are also served. ❤️

01/05/2025: I don't think it's fair that this has an average rating of less than 4. There are restaurants that are definitely worse and have better reviews, our pizza is great, I can't imagine a nicer ending than here. The only thing that's annoying are the trucks that drive past to load and unload, but hey, I'm in the port and not at a beach bar.

06/05/2025: If you want to go out for a delicious meal, you shouldn't visit this restaurant. The food is edible but anyone who knows good Italian restaurants will be seriously disappointed and have another bad evening.

04/05/2025: Had to wait 50minutes for 1 pizza, when the lady told us 15min. When we asked how much time was left to wait, they started to shout at us and almost insult us. Very poor stress management from the staff and super unfriendly. Would not recommend to go there if you’re a tourist.

10/12/2024: Value for money absolutely out of line. 22 euros a microscopic tuna tartar, full of fat and cartilage that I had to discard, on top of a tasteless burrata. The seafood carbonaras arrived at the table all very salty even if cooked at different times (this implies a mistake upstream of the line) with incorrect creaming (curdled). I didn't like the fried food, with the fish being of little quality and quite greasy and heavy (waited for almost 40 minutes after the others had already finished eating). The trio of tuna samples were absolutely too expensive (30 euros) for three pieces of tuna as good as many other tuna dishes I've tasted around. I hope not to read the usual tale of raw materials and processing as a justification answer because in Carloforte we all know how much good tuna and Ventresca and fish in general cost; and if you want you can create dishes with excellent raw materials without applying these prices. In my opinion, for these prices the restaurateur must be able to offer a very high level both in the kitchen and in the dining room, something that has absolutely failed here. Those who frequent high-level restaurants assiduously will agree with me on what I say, at that point I prefer to spend double or triple, but for it to be truly an experience. Last point which is not clear to me, first Nicola came to illustrate the wine, then he was the chef in the kitchen and then to do the math, I didn't appreciate this aspect.

13/04/2025: Great place and great food. We stayed in the B&B bit, the rooms are big, air conditioned appropriately. Staff are all lovely and smiling. Very tranquil place, lovely view all around us. We stayed for dinner and rather than a dinner it was a feast. All locally sourced food, they kept bringing big portions of delicious stuff. Please note that the food is not fish based. Definitely a place to visit if in the area. We preferred to try this place rather than staying in Castelsardo and it was the right choice.

10/05/2025: The gluten free pizza was exceptional, and I’m a guy who eats gluten. We shared and enjoyed this as an appetizer. The lobster linguine was probably average at best, the size of a lobster left something to be desired, especially with the high price. Gluten-free options were definitely a plus. The bread basket never showed up.
