13/07/2025: Stunning scenery, a very kind owner who also offers guests free parking right next to Lu Impostu beach. We had both lunch and dinner, and it was both perfect. Lunch prices were slightly lower than dinner. Friendly and professional service, good ingredients, and beautifully presented dishes. Well done!

10/07/2025: I order coffee and pastries at the table. After 2 minutes, the pastries arrive. I ask for coffee because I prefer to drink coffee first and then eat. After 5 minutes, nothing, I go in to ask if they forgot and if not. After another 5 minutes, the coffee arrives... 15 minutes after the pastries arrive. There are 4 people at the counter. The pastry assistant is not attentive to the customer.

06/05/2025: A true corner of Vienna in the heart of Cagliari! This Viennese café is a very pleasant surprise for those looking for a different, elegant and refined experience. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with furnishings with attention to detail that recall the traditional cafés of Vienna: comfortable seats, soft lights, discreet background music. The menu offers an excellent selection of typical Viennese desserts, such as Sachertorte and apple strudel, both exquisite and served with great attention to presentation. The coffee is of the highest quality, with several options between espresso, melange and other Austrian specialties, all prepared with care. Hot drinks like Viennese chocolate also deserve a mention: creamy, thick, perfect. The staff is kind, professional and always available to tell you something more about the Viennese tradition, making the experience even more authentic. It is the ideal place for an afternoon break, a snack with friends or even a moment of relaxation alone with a good book. There is an international but at the same time familiar atmosphere. I will definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone who wants to treat themselves to something special in Cagliari.

06/03/2025: It was raining. Nothing better than taking shelter and taking the opportunity to explore one of the many small bars that we are lucky enough to be able to frequent. Warm, relaxed environment. Excellent coffee and good pasta. A pleasant break before returning to the road.

21/06/2025: La Pasqualina in Porto Cervo is a great little gelato spot for cooling off on a hot day. We tried the lime basil (refreshingly light, more of a water-based sorbet) and the pistachio (creamy and rich with proper flavour). Both were excellent and made for a satisfying contrast. It’s not the most extensive menu, but what they offer is well-made and hits the spot. Prices were fair too, especially for the area. Quietly rated: worth stopping.

07/07/2025: We dined at La Brezza after having checked multiple reviews in the area. The choices are extremely limited and besides that, food was bland and overpriced. The fried calamari, prawns and vegetables was simply a dish of shredded fried vegetables. Despite having tried to communicate this with staff members, all fell on deaf ears. We expected more for the price paid and it ruined our night. Had higher expectations. Please avoid.

12/06/2025: The hotel is a bit out fashioned, our toilet leaked, but the rooms are large with a high ceiling and daily cleaning service. There is a spacious area for parking. The walls are paper thin, you can hear the exact words of conversations, but I guess for a short stay it is not a bother.

18/07/2025: For those who want to discover or relive the ancient flavors of Sardinian cuisine, this small and welcoming restaurant is the perfect place. We ate delicious appetizers, a platter of cured meats and cheeses served with carasau bread, a braided pasta dish with peas and cooked vegetables, and then moved straight on to the main course, our crispy and juicy roasted porceddu (pork suckling pig) and stewed goat. Afterwards, they brought us Sardinian sweets served with a small jug of Malvasia. The house wine would even beat some bottled ones. I recommend it to both tourists and us Sardinians, who usually seek out these flavors at agritourisms without realizing that this fantastic restaurant is located in the center of Cagliari. We will definitely be back. Thanks also to the highly qualified, friendly, kind, and pleasant staff.

18/07/2025: This restaurant was recommended by the owner of the house where we're staying. It's truly delicious. We had first and second courses, including roast suckling pig, and they were truly amazing, each one better than the last. Excellent service, and Maria Grazia was kind and smiling. I highly recommend it!
