30/05/2024: If I could go to this incredible restaurant every day of my life I’d eat better than anyone on earth. We stayed in Martina Franca for a week and had lunch at La Fenice every day it was open. The food is everything one dreams about when they think of Italian cuisine and the hospitality and passion of the owners is beyond compare. I was tempted not to write a review just so I could slightly improve my chances of getting a table next time I visit, but they are so lovely and deserve to be raved about. I can’t wait to come back.

18/05/2024: Having now been a customer for more than a year, I can witness multiple products. From fantastic ice creams to small pastries. It's almost summer but I would eat a slice of their panettone with pear even now. Kind and happy to often be able to offer a taste of some new products. For today I would like to thank you in particular for having delighted me with a fondant cake that is not yet in production but which has all it takes to be appreciated in particular by fondant lovers. Top the lemon ice cream cake.

11/05/2024: Martina Franca, an evening at the theatre, a preliminary walk in the historic center and while waiting for a pizza in an intimate and welcoming place, almost a private room in terms of atmosphere. Careful service and attentive to customer requests. Pizzas that live up to their fame, built with skilful skill in combining ingredients. The tasty dough presents itself with its honeycombed and soft edges. Delicious and well presented desserts. A sensorial gustatory experience to try at least once. Recommended.

11/05/2024: The pizza was excellent, with top quality toppings. The service was extremely attentive and extremely friendly. The restaurant is very small, so it's worth making a reservation! Definitely a recommendation!

10/03/2024: Sono stata in occasione della festa della donna a cena con le mie amiche , era la mia prima volta ed è stata una piacevole esperienza culinaria. Abbiamo assaggiato su consiglio del proprietario, vari piatti dell'antipasto tutta cucina ricercata di ottima qualità belli a vedersi ma soprattutto al palato ho apprezzato molto il primo da me scelto risotto al gambero rosso buonissimo e abbondante per non parlare dei dolci visto l'indecisione li abbiamo degustati tutti! Ottima location ,pulito servizio impeccabile non siamo stati mai con i calici vuoti :-) ho un b&b di famiglia in valle d'itria(trulli d'autore) e sicuramente lo consiglierò ai miei ospiti

01/04/2024: Let me start by saying that this is a historic refreshment point... The sandwiches are exceptional! Unfortunately the location is inconvenient and out of the way! The service was messy! But I always come back!

01/04/2024: Hostaria La Serra is managed by Antonio and Simona, at first glance you immediately understand that they love their job and know how to be hospitable to satisfy customers with their proposals and the quality of the food. Antonio at the tables is friendly and helpful and Simona in the kitchen is ready to rework the dishes to adapt them to the various needs of intolerances or specific preferences. The menu offers typical dishes of great taste and quality, from appetizers to desserts. If you go there once it is certain that you will return because you will want to try what else the menu offers and stay in a welcoming environment and feel pampered by the hospitality of Antonio and Simona.
