20/12/2024: Terrible experience, truly speechless. Culinary journey proposed by the 360° failed chef. Anonymous dishes, no quality and certainly prepared well in advance. Desserts include a watery chantilly and a babà served hot. Old place and friendly staff but quality catering is something else.

The only flaw is that the various cuts of meat have prices that are not exactly in line with the market. We took a t-bone and it was excellent, but 90 euros/kg is a bit too much.

I have tried a variety of products, from cakes to small pastries, and every time it has been a delicious surprise. What distinguishes Gianluca is his passion, ambition and humility, always ready to get back into the game in new ways with the desire to learn more and more. 17/01/2025: It was a satisfaction to wake up this morning and receive compliments from friends and relatives for the party. Yesterday January 16th we celebrated my son's 18th birthday at Villa dei Sogno. I have no words.... Piero the owner always present in the room to check that everything was perfect. DANIELE, MARTINO AND FATI were kind and available to all the guests, they went around the tables often to ask if we needed anything, and if everything was ok. For those who liked a particular course, they pampered everyone by offering an encore without being asked but only with their attention to the guests. What can I say..... the room is wonderful but thanks to their work it truly becomes the Villa of dreams. Thank you thank you thank you everything is great

31/12/2024: I have to say that this restaurant, in my opinion, is the best in the city. The entrance is very welcoming as is the staff. II The restaurant has a menu that varies according to the seasons, table service with a wine sommelier to pair with the chosen dishes, bar services and a view over a large part of the old city and the ravine of Massafra. The location is, as I said before, very welcoming and typical of the place as is the menu, you can also notice the arrangement of local wines at the internal entrance of the restaurant. Speaking of the menu, I must say that it is truly excellent with great choice and variety in the grill area and the good combination of wines recommended with the help of the sommelier and based on the customer's tastes and on the variety of dishes also on the typical local desserts and chef's desserts. The bill is fair also considering the service given by the staff in the room, the warm environment, the quality of the dishes and the safety given. I also had the opportunity to test the flexibility of the menu for celiac and vegan people which allows exceptions on safe orders, reducing the possibility of contamination and respecting the customers' culinary decisions. I highly recommend it to all people who want to spend an evening in tranquility, carefree and with the certainty of being able to taste tasty and typical dishes accompanied by a good wine.

03/01/2025: The dishes are taken care of down to the smallest detail, from the choice of ingredients to the presentation on the plate, with generous portions and honest prices. Among the dishes I tried: • Spring rolls (2 portions), • Puffed shrimp powder, • Wan Ton, • Steamed vegetarian ravioli, • Grilled vegetarian ravioli, • Steamed meat ravioli, • Rice spaghetti with grilled meat and vegetables, • Udon with vegetables (or wheat noodles with vegetables), • Crispy Cantonese spaghetti, • Chicken with almonds. Each dish was a journey into the authentic flavors of China. From the soft and tasty ravioli to the crispy Cantonese spaghetti, everything was delicious and prepared with a skill that transports you on a one-way ticket to authentic and original cuisine. But it's not just the food that makes this restaurant special: the atmosphere is warm, welcoming, almost familiar. The scene that stuck with me the most was that of the owner, who, despite the chaos of a Friday evening full of customers, found time to pick up a child who was playing among the tables. He smiled at him sweetly and put him back on the ground gently, before returning to work with the same energy and dedication. A simple gesture, but which tells a lot about the love with which this place is managed. Every corner of the restaurant seems to tell a story, with decorations that recall Chinese tradition without ever being excessive. The staff, despite the busy evening, always found a smile or a kind word for the customers. In short, it is one of those places that not only feeds you, but makes you feel pampered. I will definitely return, and I recommend it to anyone who wants to immerse themselves in an authentic and satisfying culinary experience.

30/12/2024: ADVISED I celebrated my daughter's confirmation in this splendid place... it's a shame there are only 5 stars, it's worth many more. Everything was fabulous from the food to the location to the dining room staff, not to mention the splendid owner and her daughter Stella who were always available... the food was of the highest quality, you could perceive the freshness of the raw materials from the fish to the fresh pasta, even the baby menu was fabulous , the spectacular baked orecchiette not to mention the fresh and not frozen cutlet. They knew how to organize themselves well with the requested menu variations. I made a great impression on my guests. Thanks to all the staff
