15/03/2024: We only had appetizers and fried food, all tasty, fresh and of excellent quality. At the end of the meal, we had a highly recommended homemade lemon granita BUO-NIS-SI-MAAAA and the final dessert, do we want to talk about it? Well find out for yourself!

What can I say, everything is excellent from the starters, the caponata is a delicacy, to the risotto with prawns, sublime... not to mention the roasted bonito, succulent, and the frying? Crisp!!!
Everything very fresh and excellent!!!
The first dinner where I ate with gusto, nothing was reheated but freshly cooked.
Friendly staff and owners always present ready to satisfy any request.
Suggestive location on the walls of the old city with its star vaults, in summer also a beautiful view of the sea.
If you are in Gallipoli, in addition to enjoying the wonderful sea and the ancient history of the city, from the "Portolano" you can enjoy excellent seafood dishes. Highly recommended!!!

04/02/2024: Incredible food and exceptional hospitality at reasonable prices - they make you feel at home, and sitting outside the view of the sea on a sunny day is unbeatable.
31/12/2023: Nice location overlooking the sea, lots of choice on cocktails, less on wines, especially bubbles (local ones are almost missing). For 6 drinks we only got a couple of cups with tarallini and olives. Come on... You can make an extra effort!

10/03/2024: Pranzo in famiglia, ottime portate di primi e secondi a base di pesce all'altezza delle aspettative. Pesce freschissimo e ottima qualità così come anche i vini. Personale molto professionale/ gentile e servizio ottimo, tempi di attesa davvero minimi. Siamo rimasti davvero molto molto soddisfatti. Il prezzo in linea con la qualità generale del locale. Bellissima vista mare e location molto curata.
Allego poche foto perché non ho avuto tempo di farne altre, era tutto troppo buono 😋

16/03/2024: Abbiamo conosciuto questo ristorante consigliato da persone locali e da quel momento resta la nostra tappa fissa. Pesce sempre fresco, cucinato in maniera semplice tanto da gustare il gusto autentico. I crudi sono la loro specialità: carpacci di tonno, scorfano, palamita, scampi, gamberi, seppie e frutti di mare. Consiglio primi o secondi con il pesce di giornata sebbene le portate del menù non siano da meno. Forse non ci sarà la vista mare ma Antonello da buon padrone di casa colmerà tale mancanza soprattutto al momento del conto in cui vi tratterà come mai nessun ristoratore abbia mai fatto.
10/03/2024: Ristorante di pesce spettacolare. Delicato e sublime antipasto di crudo, tartare di ricciola, carpacci di triglia e scorfano. Spettacolare la frittura di totanetti, gamberi e merluzzetti, dorata ed asciutta. Una prelibatezza.
Proprietario e staff molto gentili.
Ne vale davvero la pena. Complimenti

14/01/2024: Un caffè d'orzo euro 2,60. Prezzo inesistente in tutti i bar del salento. Ovviamente, per altro da leccese, non mi da fastidio l'euro di differenza bensì l'assoluta ingiustificazione del medesimo (servizio al tavolo o particolare posizione paesagistica).

31/03/2024: A typical Italian bar, not aimed at tourists. But good selection and even with a tobacconist connected. When we visit Gallipoli we love coming here. The waiters are very friendly and always bring us small snacks with our drinks. The bar is located in the square in front of the bridge that leads to the old town. Really very nice to visit!

Place located in the historic center near the cathedral, furnished with old furniture, but I don't want to dwell on this, I want to underline the shameful and absurd increase in prices, just think, I had a coffee at the counter, without infamy and without praise, at the cost of 1.50 euros and a miserable barley coffee in a "small" cup at a cost of 2.00 euros (photo of receipt attached), as if we were in Venice for the carnival.
Prices shamefully high and not commensurate with the quality of the product.
Attention ⚠️ as real crafty people, the price list is not displayed in the restaurant

31/12/2023: Se vuoi avere un esperienza con un cibo di alta qualità sei nel posto giusto ,non è la prima volta ma che vengo in questo locale premetto abito a migliaia di km da Gallipoli ma ogni volta è la prova volta , antipasti al top dal pesce crudo ai crostacei di primissima qualità , e poi che dire dei primi un esplosione di sapori , secondi di pesci cucinati ad arte , provare per credere, il migliore di Gallipoli , consigliato!!!!!

15/10/2023: Siamo capitati quasi per caso a pranzo, la location esterna tradisce invece l'atmosfera piacevole del giardino all'interno della pineta. Piatti curati e semplici che risaltano la freschezza del pesce. Abbiamo preso alici fritte con cacioricotta, gamberi viola di Gallipoli, tagliatelle gamberi vongole con pesto di pistacchio, una superba tagliata di seppia con rucola pachino e mandorle e cicorietta ripassata accompagnata da un buon vino della cantina locale. Tutto ottimo e conto proporzionato alla qualità dei piatti. Sicuramente ci torneremo.
13/10/2023: Encantadores, comida perfecta , las gambas a la gallipollitana, con pan rallado y las gambas a la brasa… buenisimas, los postres caseros tiramisu y tarte de crema especiales. Muy buen servicio. Muy recomendable.
