The super welcome, curated by Artur Bodini & Family, immediately set the stage for an experience of typical Salento flavors. The Chef has carefully selected the portions, just as the waiting staff is always very attentive to the customers' needs. The freshness of the raw materials is truly exhilarating on the palate, as are the suggestions for pairings with excellent wines from the best wineries, exceeding all expectations! 18/01/2026: I was truly satisfied with this amazing Sunday lunch! I loved everything, from the hot appetizer to the fresh red prawns from Gallipoli, from the very special first courses to the dessert. Highly recommended.

09/10/2025: You can taste the authenticity of the ingredients used, the fresh and light dough. Five of us dined, ordering two pucce, two piadinas, and a pizza. Everything was delicious, generously filled and incredibly light. There's limited seating and only outdoor seating, but the service is quick, and it's beautiful to dine outside on Gallipoli's main street, enjoying the summer sunset. We'll definitely be back at the first opportunity.

08/10/2025: An absolute highlight. A very inconspicuous shop. It has a total of four tables for seating. But the sandwiches are fantastic. This is especially thanks to the freshly baked bread, which comes warm from the oven. We got the traditional sandwich to go. Five minutes later, we had to go back for a second one. Truly delicious!

14/12/2025: Excellent Seafood Experience at Mārē Navicula in Gallipoli We had dinner at Mārē Navicula last night and it was an outstanding experience. We tested every kind of fish both raw fish and cooked the fish. It is a local authenticity and flavor. Starters were delicious and we ate the famous gambero viola (violet prawns from Gallipoli). We have appreciated the extraordinary kindeness of the staff The pasta pasta with mussels was good. We felt as at home. Portions are generous, prices are reasonable for the quality. Thanks for everything. Hoping to cone back soon!

30/11/2025: We were there a month ago, we ate very well, I, who am gluten intolerant, ate a pasta s/g with clams which was nothing short of fabulous.

15/11/2025: We were at the restaurant last year and had a wonderful time. For this reason, we decided to return this year, and the experience was once again excellent. The food is very good, delicious dishes of excellent quality, fresh fish carefully prepared by the owner's mother. This time we ate: raw red prawns, octopus, a couple of different pasta dishes, pasticciotto cake, homemade limoncello—all delicious! But what makes the restaurant even more special, besides the little square it overlooks, is the owner's warm welcome, his wife's attentive service, and the professionalism and expertise of the two family members in the dining room, who made us feel at home and ensured a wonderful evening. 04/03/2026: A heavenly experience that starts with the location and ends with dessert. Every time I eat at Vinaigrette, I'm never disappointed. The only concern is to book well in advance! Especially to secure a table on their splendid terrace overlooking the sea. The appetizer was rich and tasty, distinctive, unparalleled in the area. The portions were generous and truly delicious; the first and second courses, even just reading them on the menu, were irresistible. Excellent wine selection, excellent service! Dogs welcome!
