28/07/2025: Terrible place to eat. The owner is truly arrogant and presumptuous. He mocks customers and says untrue things. The food was truly awful and the price was high. I ordered bombette and he brought me a stewed meat that was spicy and extremely salty, practically inedible. I strongly advise against it.

25/07/2025: This year we decided to spend a week in this area for our summer vacation, and since we'd never been before, we chose this place randomly. It looked good on websites and was close to, but not in, the center of Gallipoli. It was an excellent choice: clean and comfortable rooms, excellent service, excellent breakfast, and a clean, air-conditioned property with a large, secure indoor parking lot. Most importantly, it's located in a quiet area where you can sleep soundly. A 5-minute drive will take you to the center of Gallipoli and the area's best beaches. It has an on-site restaurant where you can dine. I highly recommend it and thank the owners for their hospitality.

As a first course we tasted tagliolini al limone with purple shrimp and burrata: a very successful combination of the citrus freshness of the pasta, the sweetness and delicacy of the purple shrimp, and the creaminess of the burrata that enveloped everything in a symphony of flavor. A refined but perfectly balanced dish. To follow, a sliced ​​tuna served on a bed of rocket with fresh cherry tomatoes and a delicate balsamic glaze. The tuna, perfectly seared and tender when cut, released all the flavor of the sea. Careful presentation, genuine flavors. To accompany everything, an excellent glass of local white wine, fresh and fragrant, perfect for enhancing the dishes.
