14/09/2025: The food was delicious, and the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Our children weren't bothered by anyone either.
We received a warm welcome; it's a beautifully decorated restaurant – very clean and stylish. The restrooms were also clean.
13/09/2025: Just had a drink, good service. You can also eat there.

29/07/2025: Siamo venuti dal nord in vacanza e siamo andati a mangiare con amici nella serata della pizzica.
Cibo misero e con obbligo di menù fisso nella serata organizzata .
Poca chiarezza sul menù e sulla scelta delle pizze limitata ad un tot di pizze ogni due persone .
Ci è stato detto di essere puntuali alla prenotazione ( ore 21:00) e il primo cameriere si è avvicinato al tavolo un ora e mezzo dopo solo chiamati da noi .
Camerieri non tutti molto disponibili e un po’ scocciati nel servirti .
Peccato per il locale che posso dire essere l’unica nota positiva di questo locale molto caratteristico.
26/07/2025: Cena con degli amici, menù da 25 euro, arriviamo e ci viene detto che ci tocca una pizza ogni 2 persone quando nel menù c'era scritto in linea generica pizze al centro. Povera di antipasti. Signore alla cassa completamente scortese, non ritornerò mai piu.

13/08/2025: 2 ice creams with 2 flavors €6.00 a little expensive as usual, the sales assistant a little unpleasant and rude, I'm sorry for the bad review I expected more since the sign said artisanal ice cream.

19/11/2025: Bar located inside the free zone at Salento Airport. Location: 6.5 (passenger transit area, nothing special). Menu: 8 (good quality coffee). Service: 8 (friendly and polite barista). Price: 5 (€1.60 for a coffee is too much).
07/11/2025: Pasticciotti, at least from the day before, made with dry shortcrust pastry and a single block of cream. I've lost the urge to have pasticciotto for breakfast since I returned to my hometown...

14/11/2025: This cafe is located inside the station. I was surprised by how delicious the bakery was! The male employee who worked Saturday evening was very friendly. I had a comfortable stay. If you're planning to visit, try the bakery!
11/10/2025: I was very disappointed by the attitude of the staff at Bar Tentazioni. In particular, the lady at the cash register was rude and arrogant, treating customers with little attention and zero friendliness. A simple hello or a smile can change your day, but here there seems to be a complete lack of respect for those who enter. It's a shame, because the place has potential, but the customer experience was truly awful.

30/11/2025: I was there for an event, if it weren't for the people invited who had fun, otherwise calling it a negative experience would be an understatement, the service was practically non-existent and saying the food was insufficient would be an understatement.
16/08/2025: Hotel Belvedere: They claim to be able to handle celiac disease, but in reality they don't even have a suitable dish. Damp and dirty rooms, food that looks like it's just come out of the freezer, and guests who run away during mealtimes... more of a nightmare than a vacation!

26/10/2025: Disgusting cappuccino! Please choose another place for coffee; there are plenty of them in Ostuni. 5.50 euros for a cappuccino and cornetto. I don't understand why. For a cappuccino that tastes like it's made of water and cream.
17/10/2025: Came in just for some drinks and ended up having a great time. Cozy little spot with a nice atmosphere — perfect place to escape the rain. We met a few other travelers and had a good chat over drinks. They’ve got draft beer on tap, which was a must for me. The wine was decent, just oddly warm? The outdoor umbrellas leaking onto the tables and chairs and no toillet paper or toilet seat. Otherwise good time people watching and enjoying a cold one. There was a table service fee, but only 1 Euro for 2 people.

23/11/2025: Don't come. They made me pay in cash without saying anything first, and there shouldn't even be a price for the service, because they didn't do anything.
24/09/2025: Worst food we’ve eaten in Italy. The staff couldn’t speak a single word of English so it was difficult to even order. My lunch took an hour to make when there were only 4 customers there. The waiter spilled my hot pasta on my feet & didn’t even say sorry. The food we we served looked nothing like the menu. Unfortunately they changed the name of the restaurant to “Mu l ave” so I couldn’t see the reviews until we got the receipt & I saw it was called Freaks Bar. Do not eat here.

After being fleeced, if the customer dares to complain about the exorbitant price, they're also loudly scolded, insulted, and even threatened if they don't leave the place immediately.
The coffee and the expressions we got were truly disgusting, and you'll find better ones at the 24-hour vending machines and in offices.
The owner is a real rude man, hurling insults at you and threatening to beat you up if you don't leave the place immediately, all because we told him the prices are exorbitant for the quality of the product served. A terrible image for Ostuni and the people of Ostuni (who certainly avoid him).
Avoid him like the plague.
He should just go hoeing, never mind running a bar.
