12/03/2025: One of the best places I have ever ended up in. The knowledge of the owners about spices and herbs is astonishing and it made me feel I was in good hands. The Golden Milk and Chai Latte are my favourite anywhere I go abroad, and finally someone makes it also in Trani. Well done guys!

18/07/2025: I highly recommend trying the delicacies that Anna and Teresa, with the help of Rosa and Savio, prepare every day. Top-quality food... Their recipes are meticulously crafted. Courteous and helpful... they pamper their customers. Beautiful location... Anna is very professional... Terry is no exception!! The right dish at the right time... The zucchini fritters are a delight. Trying is believing!

21/09/2025: Good morning, I was at your restaurant last night, we ordered 4 buffalo mozzarella special pizzas (cost 10.50 each) with the addition of raw ham (3.50 more per pizza) since I have been eating buffalo mozzarella since I was born, I can say that I did not perceive the flavours of the quality of the product so my opinion is one star, (among other things I agree that the additions are paid for but obviously the products should be of quality given the prices) so I confirm 1 star

05/09/2025: What an excellent place. It’s relatively new and has not taken off yet, but it’s absolutely incredible. Everything is made farm to table with their own garden vegetables. Rigatoni Amatriciana was divine. Perhaps the best tomato pasta I’ve had outside of a Nonna’s kitchen. We also had the beef tartare and the veal agnolotti, which were superb. I highly recommend this restaurant!

18/09/2025: Very nice place, a fresh atmosphere, innovative products and dishes designed with taste also visually, friendly staff and affordable prices. I'll conclude by saying that it's a vegan place and I'm not vegan but I still ate very well even the meatballs so I recommend it to all types of customers who may be hesitant to enter a vegan place.

18/08/2025: Friendly and fast staff. Fast waiting times. Obviously everything slows down a bit when there is maximum attendance but it is normal. Welcoming place when I return I feel at ease. Very good pizza, good value for money. Good location compared to the center. It is always a pleasure to return!

14/09/2025: Despite its excellent location facing the harbor, this restaurant failed the second test we decided to give it... the first time we were scorching hot under the sun without the staff showing much interest... the second time, even though we were interested in getting a table in the shade and had stopped by first to make sure, we were later moved to another table like parcels amidst the ironic comments of the staff... so we decided to get up and find another restaurant, which we found... polite, friendly, and with food quality that was certainly better than the Perla Sud for the same price... in Trani there are much better places than the Perla... a tourist trap... trust me ...

05/10/2025: Terrible experience. I'm giving the service one star because it's the only thing that can be given less. We ordered three combo dishes: a pizza, a sandwich, and a portion of chili. The service was fragmented and lasted almost two hours. At the end, we reported our complaint to the cashier, and the fairness was that, having ordered from separate sections (sandwiches, main courses, pizzas, and combo dishes), the kitchen worked independently and with different timings. We added that if they had served the entire table at once, we would have continued to wait. While we were talking, a gentleman at the cash register added, "Now I'll buy you a drink and you'll calm down." Update in Response to Management I would like to add a key clarification to my original review regarding your response, as my intention was never to stir up controversy, but rather to offer constructive feedback. It is important to clarify that our initial concern was not raised directly with the wait staff who served us, but with another cashier, unrelated to our direct service. Furthermore, following our criticism regarding the fragmented service (where some diners waited while others had already received their dishes), your management initially acknowledged the validity of our complaint. I reiterate that the purpose of our criticism was not to obtain any compensation or gift, but simply to politely report our first experience at your establishment, in the belief that feedback, if accepted, can lead to operational improvements. I note, as well as from other reviews, that the service issue The misalignment is not an isolated case. I hope that greater attention will be paid to this aspect in the future. In particular, I suggest that in the event of delays or service that cannot guarantee simultaneous delivery of dishes, staff take care to inform customers in advance of the expected delivery times when they place their orders. 24/09/2025: After several visits to Trani, I consider this the most authentic restaurant. Old school, very local style food. If you have one meal and you want the true flavor of the town, this is the place!

22/09/2025: A thoughtful review two months after our son's baptism. Excellent quality food, and no complaints about that. Unfortunately, however, we received several complaints from guests about the small portions of the first courses and the lack of second courses, which caused us considerable disappointment given the price of the menu (in line with restaurants of its caliber). Furthermore, another unfortunate note was that it was unpleasant to find ourselves charged for a single plate of pasta with tomato sauce requested by a child, compared to 50 adult covers. I'm sorry, but our expectations were disappointed. We wouldn't return.

21/09/2025: Our best dinner in Italy this summer. The service was exceptional and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and wine. We ate fish that was amazing. The desserts were equally amazing. Everything was excellent. We would definitely go back and highly recommend this restaurant.
