I'd never been to Trani, and discovering Aqua e Farina was and will be an experience I hope to repeat, and one you won't regret once you try it: rice, potatoes, and mussels, the fried food, the seafood spaghetti, and the tagliolini with scampi. 03/02/2025: Great-amazing restaurant! We went for New Years. The New Year's menu was 7 courses or a little more. We enjoyed everything so much that after dinner we could easily eat again. Maybe it was the whole thing, huh! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

30/12/2024: Domenica sera a Trani in inverno, pochi ristoranti aperti, questi pochi sono turistici (mille piatti, menu in plurime lingue, adescatore all'ingresso), quindi la scelta cade su EraOra: locale accogliente, curato, menù con pochi piatti ricercati. Fino a qui le aspettative sono ottime. Il primo piatto ordinato é stato quello più deludente, le friselle erano quelle del supermercato, in puglia si trovano (o di possono cucinare a casa) friselle qualitativamente facilmente, qui ci hanno servito delle piccole due friselle che si trovano anche nei supermercati del Nord. In un locale così ricercato, mi aspetto una frisella più interessante. In entrées grissini, pane e un olio ottimo. I primi: -Troccoli con cozze e muggine: ottimo abbinamento, un po' meno l'esecuzione. Il piatto era salatissimo (ho visto anche altre recensioni che lo dicevano), la cozza era di buona qualità, ma stracotta. Il broccolo mi é sembrato comprato e non fatto nel ristorante, poco legato al condimento. -Ragù di polpo: buono, ma non squisito. -Frittura di calamari: presumibilmente fatta da loro partendo da pesce fresco, buona. Conclusioni: il locale prova ad essere un ristorante di alta cucina: piatti ricercati, porzioni piccole, prezzi alti, staff molto a modo, ma offre piatti qualitativamente imperfetti, che ti aspetti in un'osteria a modico prezzo. Lo staff era molto gentile, ma mi sono mancati dei sorrisi. Ci tornerei? Per adesso no, ma tra qualche anno volentieri, quando avranno deciso se abbassare i prezzi e diventare un'osteria, oppure alzare l'asticella realmente evitando scivoloni come quello della frisella.

15/05/2025: Sono stato alla Braceria da Mimmazzo su consiglio di amici, e posso dire senza esitazione che è diventata subito una delle mie preferite. La carne? Semplicemente spettacolare. Tagli selezionati, cottura impeccabile alla brace viva e un profumo che ti cattura già all’ingresso. Prezzi assolutamente onesti per la qualità offerta. Qui si mangia bene, tanto e con passione. Tornerò sicuramente e lo consiglierò a chiunque ami la buona carne e l’atmosfera sincera delle bracerie autentiche.

10/05/2025: Sono di casa ormai qui, ci vengo spesso so che mangio della carne di qualità, e il personale è molto accogliente ed efficiente,i panini sono molto abbondanti e ricchi di condimento. Alla prossima !!!

Invited for a work aperitif, I was truly amazed by the dishes and above all by the quality and availability of both the staff and the owner. A fried fish, in no way inferior to the best restaurants in the area, and "a treat to finish", as defined by the owner, consisting of a pinsa, concluded a truly memorable aperitif. Highly recommended for anyone in the area.
