Posto molto elegante sul porto di Trani,personale super gentile e professionale,sono venuti incontro nella nostra scelta di cambiare il formato della pasta..la quale era veramente eccezionale,per secondo un fritto per niente unto e bello croccante. Quantità e prezzi giusti!

22/08/2024: Siamo stati accolti nonostante non avessimo prenotato. Locale sul porto di Trani, posizione ottima e buon cibo. Molte note positive ma anche qualche nota negativa, come il budello presente nei gamberi kataifi. Inoltre avrei preferito che la polpa dell’astice fosse amalgamata con gli spaghetti e non doverla spolpare personalmente. Nel complesso, un buon ristorante.

Antonio, precise director and attentive to every detail. The quality of the food is of the highest level, not to mention the wonderful location which makes the memory of a special day indelible.

11/08/2024: As soon as we arrived we ordered from the only waitress who took the orders, given that there were at least 6/8 tables outside and among the waiters only two of them took the orders. Among the various dishes we specifically asked for one to arrive first, since one person at our table was only eating that one, however that particular dish arrived at the end when we were all almost finished and this person had yet to start eating. We pointed this out to all the waiters and they all replied that they would take care of it, which was absolutely false. Whatever you asked the waiters, the answer was always the same: "I'll have the one who takes the orders come over." So terrible service from this point of view, disorganized and one waiter in particular was very unpleasant, since he addressed us in a rude manner that he should be ashamed of how he behaved because from us he only received simple questions that a customer usually asks. Mediocre food quality, being à la carte I expected much more. The only positive note is the price, given the quality. Evening to forget.

08/07/2024: Toyo is a guarantee if you want to eat à la carte sushi. Very welcoming place and friendly waiters. They have a huge selection of wines. Furthermore there is the possibility of having lunch or dinner outside overlooking the port The fish is fresh and the prices are normal. An absolutely must-try is the pistachio and prawn udon.

19/08/2024: On a super crowded day, due to the celebration for the Frecce Tricolori present for the first time in Trani, I had little hope of eating a decent pizza... Instead, we had the best Margherita pizza I've ever had... Thin, crumbly, tasty dough... Semi-wholemeal flour from the Marino mill, fiordilatte mozzarella not from the industrial crumbled ones but you could tell it came from whole hand-sliced ​​mozzarella, delicious tomato sauce... In short, superlative pizza. And also the management of the room... Despite the sea of ​​people, who were not always polite, the waiters and hostess never lost their calm and smile. ... In short, a place worth returning to ----- Last night, 3 months later, we returned to Pizzeria Galileo and unfortunately, this time, the experience was not positive: 1- we ordered a small appetizer before the pizzas... After just a quarter of an hour, they served everything to us (in record time...) but...... everything together... Appetizers and pizzas .... Now I would like to say to the management of the room: if I order the appetizer it is because I want to eat it BEFORE and not AT THE SAME TIME as the pizzas... Furthermore, bringing everything together, the waiter himself did not know where to put everything on the table 2- we also ordered some pasta omelettes... They served them hot on the outside and "iced" on the inside... We made the observation to the waiter, who appeared impassive... In my opinion, the the least the manager could have done would have been to not charge them... Instead we also paid them... 3- the pizza dough proved to be exceptional... But the toppings were not up to par. Only the Margherita pizza is excellent, but when it comes to the other pizzas, as mentioned, the seasoning leaves something to be desired. I, in particular, had an Ortus pizza: the seasonal vegetables were tasteless, as they were boiled... Not to mention a strange splash of red powder that pervaded the entire pizza: ground of what? Beet? Boo! Even visually, it all made a bit of an impression... 4- finally, a word on the diligence of the waiters: as soon as we finished eating, after a few seconds the waiters showed up to collect the dishes... I also go out to eat to do things with a bit of calm.. It was immediately clear that the waiters' eagerness to clear the table was to urge them to vacate the table as soon as possible and make room for new customers who, fortunately for the place, are never lacking and are outside waiting for their turn. 5- finally, the noise... Too many diners compared to the size of the room... You can't converse while eating... In the end, instead of staying in an excellent pizzeria (which the Galileo pizzeria should be) It feels like being in a "manger".... IN CONCLUSION, if the pizza dough proves to be EXCEPTIONAL, the toppings and above all the management of the service are not equally adequate, not up to the standard of a pizzeria reviewed by Gambero Rosso...

The order is quickly taken (very friendly waitress and explains very well the compositions of the pizzas and the origins of the beers offered). Drinks are served within three minutes and pizzas, five minutes later. Everything is very good and plentiful enough to make it difficult for me to finish. My wife is also very satisfied. The Sicilian MESSINA beer is a great discovery. Too bad about the desserts, but we don't have any more room. A friendly address where the products are excellent and the staff take great care.
