29/10/2025: A really cool place, with a futuristic style and neon lights that perfectly recreate the Japanese atmosphere—for a moment, I felt like I was back in glittering Tokyo! The location is truly perfect for a sushi bar. The sushi is very good, fresh and carefully prepared, and the takoyaki (the classic octopus balls) are delicious. It's a shame, however, that the ramen and tonkatsu were a bit disappointing: after the excellent sushi, we expected to rediscover those authentic Japanese flavors, but unfortunately, we were left wanting. The prices are a bit high, especially considering the less successful dishes, but still in line with a place that aims to stand out with its offerings and atmosphere. That said, overall, I really appreciated the attempt to create something new and unconventional in a small-town setting. It shows that sometimes you can create something ambitious without having to go far, even starting from where you're from. A special mention also goes to the staff: friendly and helpful. We had a problem where we had to leave in the middle of dinner, and they had no problem preparing takeout for the dishes we hadn't yet tasted. Congratulations on your courage... long live the ambitious!

14/09/2025: The restaurant is a jewel nestled in the natural setting of the Alta Murgia, where the flavors of the land and sea are expertly prepared and plated, creating one of the most evocative culinary and visual experiences in the area. The staff is attentive and courteous.

05/09/2025: Villa Pietra del Nisco is a location where Chef Tommaso and his family staff, with their professionalism and courtesy, make any event refined and elegant... excellent raw materials, excellent food quality and price ratio, to return for any occasion from weddings to simple pizza.... what else to say... it's my favorite restaurant... try it... thank you for what you do for your customers...🤩🤩🤩

30/08/2025: If Dante had known about "Da Stefano il Kebab," the Divine Comedy would have had an extra circle: that of the eternal kebab. We ate here practically every single day, with the same dedication an athlete shows to training... only instead of the gym, our discipline was: kebab for lunch, kebab for dinner, kebab after the club. The place became our second home: some go to church, some go to the bar... we went to Stefano's. In fact, the more you eat it, the more you realize that Stefano's kebab is a true lifestyle. Stefano, with his kebab, practically brought the group together more than any other experience: far from team building, far from spiritual journeys... a rolled-up piadina was enough! In conclusion: highly recommended. If you go to Stefano's once, you come back. If you go twice, you become a regular. If you go every day... well, then you're one of us.

29/08/2025: Stefano is a wonderful person, but I can't say the same about his offerings. Furthermore, the technique Stefano uses, the "sacca" sandwich, doesn't allow you to fully enjoy the sandwich.
