A slice of Tokyo in a town in Puglia. A truly unique venue, a sensory journey that engages all five senses, excellent food, impeccable service, a wonderful welcome, and a room bar that makes superb drinks. Not to mention the restrooms!!!! Absolutely worth a try 💥🍜🔝.

The location is meticulously maintained, with very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The menu offers several traditional dishes, and the flavors took me back to Japan. We tried several dishes, including gyoza, okonomiyaki, ramen, and much more.
Everything was delicious!
If it weren't for the distance (from Lecce), I would come more often.

This is Puglia's finest restaurant. The atmosphere is unique, with stunning lighting, and the food is sublime. Chef Francesco truly puts his heart and soul into it. The staff is friendly and, above all, extremely knowledgeable in explaining all the dishes.
For anyone who wants to cross the pond without a passport, the Frank Sushi Club awaits you with open arms.

Excellent food, quality, and pairings.
The location is very well-maintained, Japanese-style, with pleasant references to the world of manga.
The staff were truly friendly and knowledgeable, and carefully explained each course upon delivery.
My only personal comments: it's true that wasabi is a common ingredient in Japanese cuisine, but since I'm not particularly accustomed to its flavor, I wasn't thrilled with it in some dishes. As for the table setting, I would have preferred more elegant chopsticks, perhaps reusable ones, instead of the classic wooden ones.

A gem in Terlizzi for both its beautiful, evocative location and the attention to detail, from the service to the quality of the food. Delicious miso ramen and fantastic nigiri.

From a restaurant that boasts three stars in the Gambero Rosso guide, I would have expected something more, but perhaps my expectations were too high. Everything was very good, of course, but not the kind that leaves a lasting impression.

Superb!! Excellent Japanese food, truly authentic in its flavors. We tried various nigiri, all excellent and served with wasabi, a must in Japan. The okonomiyaki is equally delicious and light, the pork gyoza are served grilled, and the Japanese cheesecake is delicious. We'll be back because it's truly worth it!
