22/09/2025: The pizza is delicious and the atmosphere is very nice.

21/09/2025: We arrived around 10:15 PM with high expectations, but unfortunately, the evening turned out to be a complete disaster. After asking to be seated, we had to wait a few minutes before finding an available table for eight adults and three children. The first wait was for the menus, which arrived after a while. However, we noticed that the menus were torn and taped back together, with prices crossed out and rewritten in pen. Not exactly the most promising start. The appetizers arrived after a while, but unfortunately, they were all cold. The bruschetta was lukewarm at best, the olives were few (eight in total for eleven people!), the eggplant parmigiana was cold, as was the potato gateau. The breadball was the only thing that seemed freshly baked, but it was still a bit disappointing. The situation didn't improve with the beers. We ordered five small beers, but only four arrived. They told us the fifth beer wasn't available because it was only warm. They brought a completely different one than the one we requested. Not exactly the service we expected. While we were waiting for our pizzas, we noticed many people leaving without having eaten. When we asked for information, they told us they didn't have any pizza dough. We were about to get up and leave, but the owners arrived and told us they'd made a mistake and that the pizzas were in the oven. Finally, the pizzas arrived around 12:15 AM. We paid and left after arguing with the owners, especially the woman who started yelling and cursing, claiming she was right. It was all horrendous! Unfortunately, this experience left us very disappointed. We were hoping to find a welcoming place with good service in Palo del Colle, but sadly, that wasn't the case. We won't be returning, even if it were the last pizzeria open in town.

The dough is light, easy to digest, and perfectly crafted, with that touch that makes each pizza unique and fragrant. The experience is completed by the kindness of the staff, always available and smiling, who make guests feel at ease from start to finish. A place you'll happily return to, sure of an evening of flavor and hospitality every time.

24/08/2025: A historic bar in a very central location where you can find artisanal ice cream passed down from generation to generation. The service is relaxed, but this is partly due to the age of the owners, but overall I recommend everyone try Pierino's ice cream for its quality and authentic artisanal flavours...recommended.

15/08/2025: People who shouldn't work in the public sector: while I was quickly choosing an ice cream cake because the lady was listing the flavors in a flash, she even clapped her hands in my face in a rush, saying she couldn't waste time (previous customers had already been served and there were few customers present). When I replied that this was absolutely not the way to behave and that such behavior should not be allowed with anyone, her husband refused to sell the cake. This shouldn't happen in any job; the context is even more absurd: they aren't saving lives! It would be helpful to report this incident to the mayor of Conversano and inform him of the hospitality his establishments provide. A wonderful calling card for the city. The customers in the bar were completely incredulous and showed their solidarity with me.

18/10/2025: Don't go there, and if you do, get up and leave. The situation was so awkward that all we could do was laugh at the various tables. Laughing to lighten the mood. Dinner began with a cat wandering between the tables and then jumping onto the table where the fish was displayed, all to the indifference of the waiters. Dinner continued with a wine/vinegar being returned. The rest is a series of failures that need no telling. Now we're at the pizzeria to wash that taste of misfortune from our mouths. Unfortunately, we also had to pay €80 for two.

23/09/2025: Worst place we’ve had dinner in Italy. Wine tasted like fish, servings were ridiculously tiny and prices were like a fancy restaurant (with a nasty small kitchen). They even brought some old bread we were almost finishing our food. “Terrace” is in the highest floor but no views. Decided not to order everything else after 50eur (2 person) of almost no food and went to have pizza to another place, avoid this restaurant please!

21/10/2025: Located in the center of Apricena, Rainbow Sushi was a pleasant discovery. The restaurant has a modern style and design, as does the food; clean, simple, and tasty, with friendly and helpful staff. The prices are very fair.

19/10/2025: The fish was inedible, we found pieces of plastic inside some plates as well as some hair.

09/08/2025: I booked a Saturday night for 9:30 PM, but found the place completely closed. I tried calling but there was no answer. I'd say it's excellent.

04/08/2025: Doesn't exist, or if it exists, then it's closed and no signs or any banners outside are visible of this place

24/08/2025: Pizza taken from a friend's house. Low-quality product. Response to the manager: In fact, it wasn't delivered during this time. By the way, if I wanted to leave a fake review, I would have done it with any other user. I'm glad you recognized me, but unfortunately, it's a real experience, as was yours. We accepted your criticism. Now you can do it. I'm sorry, but Google asked how I found this place since I was looking for a pizzeria in the area. Now I even know who the owner is!! Good evening. 04/10/2025: Very nice pizza for a good price, we were here in the off season so it was very empty

22/08/2025: Skyrocketing prices on Peroni beers starting at 66 euros, a small plate of frozen chips for 6 euros, it's normal that you scare people away, but keep your prices down otherwise you'll face closure and you're not even in the center, I absolutely don't recommend it.

10/09/2025: Historic pizzeria on the coast offering pizza by the slice, regular pizzas, appetizers, and ready-made meals. Fast service, even during peak hours.
