01/11/2025: Halloween Night A venue with entertainment and live music, average food, and a limited wine selection. The octopus and potato salad was average, the chopped beef was so-so, the Angus asado was nothing special, and the tiramisu was forgettable. Overall, unfortunately, the quality/price ratio was inadequate for the offerings in a beautiful setting. Beware of the €3 cloakroom fee per person, which isn't specified at the entrance!

01/11/2025: The place and the staff are very polite and cheerful with everyone. As for the atmosphere, I'm absolutely satisfied. 🌟 There are, however, a few things that didn't leave a good impression on me, especially considering it was my first time here: 1️⃣ They told us they would store our coats and jackets, but they didn't specify that we had to pay to collect them. This is a mistake, because all costs should be clearly disclosed to avoid unpleasant surprises. 2️⃣ I ordered octopus with potatoes, but they brought me another, more expensive dish, with small octopus in a sauce that wasn't bad at all, but it wasn't what I'd asked for, and it was also the most expensive of the similar dishes I'd mentioned to the waitress. Sure, some might say, "You could have brought the dish back." But I'm not so miserable as to bring a dish for just €6 or €7 more. Oh well! Anyway, it's not pleasant to ask for one thing and get something else. Luckily, the food was always good. I ate it all. 3️⃣ I recommend checking your receipts carefully 🧾, because they added a burger we never ordered and wanted to charge us for it.

24/04/2025: I ate the pizza an hour after delivery and it was still excellent, crispy chips, well-made sandwiches and very, very good dough, I had to take the train and the boy who worked or the owner, I don't know, was thoughtful enough to ask me which platform it was on to help me and make the delivery easier, I haven't had the pleasure of tasting the kebab so far but as far as wings, pizza and sandwiches are concerned it's an excellent place, I didn't get the order wrong in the slightest and it was all very good

02/06/2025: Attirati dalla gente seduta fuori dal locale abbiamo deciso di fermarci d profumo di mare a pranza. Nonostante il locale fosse pieno abbiamo mangiato in tempi normali e il servizio è stato impeccabile. Ottimo il pesce alla griglia pulito con cura al tavolo dai camerieri. 02/11/2025: We ordered seven pizzas on Sunday evening at 7:00 PM for delivery at 8:00 PM, and there was nothing to complain about punctuality, except that there were only six pizzas left at the time of delivery. After mentioning this to the delivery guy, we called the pizzeria, and here's the best part... The owner, after five minutes of chatting and hesitating about the missing pizza, delivered the missing pizza (who knows where it had ended up) cold and inedible. I called the pizzeria again, telling her I'd expected a hot pizza, since the mistake or oversight had been their fault. During the call, the lady, with a presumptuous and arrogant air, insulted me, and claimed that I should have accepted that pizza, but only after I insisted, quite annoyed, did she deliver the other pizza. Of course, I returned the cold pizza upon delivery. When you are unable to manage a business with courtesy (since the mistake was their fault) perhaps it would be time to change jobs.

27/09/2025: Pizzeria in the streets of Altamura, a 10-minute walk from the center. Traditional place, but well-cooked pizza, truly delicious!

14/11/2025: It wouldn't be bad if it weren't for the fact that the owner (I suppose) offered us a €23 menu that included a tomato bruschetta, a first course of your choice from those listed, a second course of your choice, water, cover charge, limoncello, and coffee. When it came time to pay the bill, I hadn't ordered bruschetta, limoncello (I'm a driver), or coffee, so I would have expected anything but €30.50. His justification was that since I hadn't ordered the full menu, the à la carte menu was valid (which he neither showed nor brought to me when I ordered (I thought that for lunch, what he showed me was the only menu). I repeat... it's a shame because in the end the food wasn't bad, but trying to "rip off" a customer like that doesn't seem like a smart move on the part of a restaurateur. I've been traveling around Italy and Europe for 29 years, and I also work in tourism (as a bus driver), but I would never dream of using subterfuges of this kind. What...for €7.50...I honestly would have gone back to eat there because, as I said, I liked the food...maybe I could recommend it to my future passengers on trips to San Giovanni Rotondo but...I think next time I'll look elsewhere.

01/10/2025: One of the worst experiences at an ice cream shop/cafe. I wanted something tasty, but instead I found myself throwing away money (and patience). The Nutella crepe was rubbery, undercooked, and practically cold, with a spread of cream that tasted like anything but Nutella. Truly inedible. I also had some gelato, just to make sure I didn't miss out: overly sweet, bordering on nauseating, with flavors that seemed artificial and heavy. After two spoonfuls, that was it. As if that weren't enough, when I calmly pointed this out, the owner responded rudely and arrogantly, with no respect or even the slightest willingness to listen. Zero professionalism. Never again. Poor food, avoidable prices, and truly unpleasant management. Of all the good ice cream shops out there, this place is a waste of time and money.

23/10/2025: Good trattoria with a wide selection of dishes at very affordable prices. Friendly staff, fast service. Our dishes were good but too salty 🧂. We, as end-of-season tourists, recommend La Bettola. 😉

11/10/2025: The menu is varied and plentiful, featuring tasty dishes from Puglia and Italian cuisine. The pizza is excellent, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it.

09/11/2025: I've known this place for many years; I spent part of my childhood here. I've always had such a wonderful time, even celebrating important events like my first communion, and recently even choosing it for my graduation. Although the space is now smaller than I remember it being that immense and beautiful structure, it's still welcoming and pleasant. In addition to the skill and kindness of all the staff, especially Gianni and Loredana, everything was excellent. I absolutely recommend it!

04/08/2025: We tried the classic tomato and mozzarella panzerotto, the classic plus spicy, and the mortadella and pistachio. Delicious, crunchy, not heavy, and not fried! The staff were very kind, friendly, and helpful. A must!

24/10/2025: Very Tasty icecream, big portions for fair money. I highly recommend IT.

23/10/2025: The ice cream tasted very good. However, I think the price is too high for the portion. It's a shame, really.

18/10/2025: Very good Caesar salad, tiramisu still frozen but good, on the other hand the pizzas are bland, poor quality.
