27/08/2025: Delicious food! Excellent wait times and truly delicious dishes. I had a fish-based first course, especially the torelloni and the fried calamari...I didn't wait long, about 10 minutes, and the dishes were excellent. The place was also beautiful...it overlooked the sea 🤩🤩🤩🤩 Congratulations

15/03/2025: Elegant place on Bisceglie with refined food, and perhaps excessively expensive for the local market. €3.00 cover charge per person with water, bread and oil already included, shame I never received bread or oil. The other tables in the restaurant received them instead. Could it be out of sympathy? I remember a while ago it was more accessible.

11/03/2025: The stay lasted 3 days, the place is quiet, the whole structure is partly renovated and partly left in decay, be careful to report damages in the rooms at the beginning of the stay, because otherwise you will be charged at the end. 10 km away from the village, impossible to move on foot or by public transport. We will not return.

01/09/2025: Good prices, but the difference in the gluten-free pizza was like ripping off the customer. The difference in the price of the base pizza was €6 more than the base price, which was €4.50, for a total of €10.50. They'd be quicker to say we don't have a gluten-free pizza base. Because on top of the illness, there's insult. For all celiacs, it's best avoided.

28/08/2025: Wonderful facility! By the sea with a private beach, a charming pine forest where you can indulge in relaxing massages under a gazebo surrounded by nature. An excellent facility for hosting ceremonies, birthdays, or business conferences. The new Aqua Spa at Gemme Privé is a precious haven for retreat and relaxation, where you can indulge in mental and physical well-being and enhance your vacation.

27/08/2025: It took me a while to write this review; mine isn't meant to be a criticism, but rather a positive note. We returned to this hotel after a few years and were disappointed by the significant changes in the food service and overall organization: an unsupervised pool, nonexistent entertainment, and poor table service. We chose half-board because I remembered the good food, but it was a huge disappointment. The tables were too close together, not set except with a paper placemat and a polyester napkin, and people were eating from plastic plates and cups. This is something I find SHAMEFUL! Another negative point is the lack of attention to food preparation and display. The dining room feels like a cafeteria, which I don't mean to disrespect at all, but rather to convey the feeling of noise and disrespect for others. People raising their voices, moving from one table to another because they aren't assigned. A place like this deserves much better; it just needs the right people in the right places. Pay more attention to the kitchen and set the tables properly with porcelain plates and glassware, as is done at all tables. The only positive dinner was the one organized there with traditional Apulian cuisine. One positive note in all this: the kindness of the reception and the waiters in the dining room, when I requested the use of plastic plates and glasses, is a property directive. Fortunately, we stayed in a beautiful room with a sea view. And everything should be specified in the hotel description: non-existent entertainment, lack of supervision at the pool, and plastic plates and glasses used at meals. Otherwise, the sea is beautiful.

03/09/2025: The pizza dough is acceptable, thin and tasty, but they don't use real mozzarella. They also forget some ingredients, claiming they're out of stock. Others get the wrong pizza entirely, and the service is incredibly slow. The pizza arrives after an hour and a half, practically killing your appetite.

17/08/2025: First night on the road, the hotel tells us it has a deal with this restaurant. We go, sit down, and order a 66cc bottle of beer each. They bring us the menus. When we're about to order, we tell the waiter that we have a deal with the hotel. As soon as we hear this, they take away our menus and tell us that we're entitled to a "basic" first and second course. Like pasta with tomato sauce and veal cutlets. We ask for something fishy. They serve us plain spaghetti with 3 mussels on top. For the second course, stewed mussels. It's all really poor. We ask for coffee and an amaro, which we get without asking for the "Mediterranean" one. We're about to leave and they ask us for €2.50 each because the deal with the hotel doesn't include beer. Back at the hotel, we immediately made it clear that we'd never return to that squalor. We asked the company we're working for about other restaurants. Luckily, they recommended Luca's. NEVER AGAIN HERE

25/04/2025: Terrible! Don't go there! If I could have given zero stars I would have. Very poor quality food, in fact we left everything on the plate, poor quality cold cuts, it smelled like a dirty fridge, very high prices and service that leaves something to be desired. I absolutely do not recommend, guaranteed stomach ache!!

15/03/2025: We had dinner on a Saturday evening, a nice place but nothing exceptional. There is live music with group dancing but aimee the starters were also good because they are cold cuts but the first course was the risotto with prawns and courgettes which was very tasteless. Orecchiette with sour tomato in my opinion it was the tomato from the pizza. I'm sorry because they could improve

15/07/2025: Esperienza pessima. Aperitivo mediocre, ma il vero problema è stata la totale maleducazione della signora alla cassa: arrogante e aggressiva senza motivo. Avevamo già calcolato con precisione quanto ognuno doveva pagare, visto che alcune persone avevano preso solo da bere, ma ci ha accusate di voler fare le furbe e ci ha trattato come se stessimo rubando. Un atteggiamento inaccettabile e imbarazzante: sconsiglio vivamente questo posto, per noi è stato l’ultima volta.

16/06/2025: Frühstück taugt nichts, aber die Pastries sind Weltklasse. Liegt am Rand der sog. Innenstadt, direkt am Theatro Petruzelli gelegen. Ruhige Außenbestuhlung.

03/07/2025: Siamo in vacanza decidiamo di ritornare a cena in questo ristorante/macelleria gia c’eravamo stati anni fa ordiniamo bruschette con verdure ottime e due tagliate una al sangue una media cottura sono arrivate tutte e due con la media cottura e tiepide, qualita’ della carne ottima genera, ci viene offerto un amaro, personale gentile, nell’insieme lo consigliamo

24/08/2025: I've always frequented Gandoli Bay, especially the free beaches on the sides. Yet again, I've been stopped from accessing the bar = I CAN'T GO UP AND SPEND MONEY FOR THEM. The reason is that the bar is for the elite of season ticket holders and umbrellas, many of which are empty. Four of us stopped them, saying that "from above they don't want anyone else to enter." This selection is terrible, it repels locals and tourists; the closest bar is far away, and we were told to "drive there." In an area that thrives on tourism, exclusion is preferred to hospitality; it's definitely not a place I'd recommend visiting to leave a good memory and encourage people to return. I'd be a little embarrassed - cheers 🌟
