07/08/2025: I stopped for a simple coffee. I thought I'd made the right choice at an old-fashioned bar; they know how to make coffee, but I thought, "Nope." They served me hot water. I pointed out the cup of colored hot water to the guy serving me; he couldn't tell me anything. He consulted the owner, but nothing. They weren't paying attention to the counter. I invited the owner to come over to show me the mess. He said, "I'll remake the coffee." The guy is his first day at the counter and doesn't know how to make coffee yet. Too bad, when I came in, the owner had prepared the lever for the machine; the guy had only served the coffee. Experience exploited in reverse. If you're tired, close the counter. Maybe you'll have the story left....

09/04/2025: Terrible and rude service. I placed a just eat order worth €37 by calling shortly after and making sure they provided the cutlery since I was away from home. When the order arrived, the cutlery was not present and, after calling them, they replied that no one could bring it to me. In life nothing is free and attention to detail is fundamental... but evidently this place focuses more on quantity than quality. Terrible!

05/04/2025: A good butcher's shop with lots of choice. There is also a small room where you can dine. Service could be improved but still a place worth visiting. Prices more than honest.

17/08/2025: It's a shame I can't give zero stars because of the terrible service. For two coffees, a juice, and a croissant, there was a wait of over half an hour. People who arrived later got through first. The girls were awkward and rude, perhaps with less than zero experience. Maybe it's better to change jobs. Contact with the public isn't for you, not to mention the rudeness. I think the owner was the one who, instead of telling his employees off and apologizing, pretended nothing had happened. It was a negative experience, and I won't return.

17/08/2025: Terrible experience We had booked not only the table but also the puccia, but it was to no avail... They kept seating people, but nothing was arriving at the tables. The service is extremely slow, and the staff is unqualified, simply improvised. We wanted to leave because they didn't even bring us drinks, but they reassured us that everything would be there in 30 minutes. Unfortunately, a good hour has passed and we're still waiting... The puccia and pizza may be good, but their behavior will make you hungry. Highly not recommended

13/04/2025: This is a small restaurant away from the center. He doesn't charge copay. The owner is wonderful and very nice. Even though there was a break, he prepared a pizza for us. It was very good and we were very positively surprised by the low price

19/08/2025: Actually, I went for an espresso. The owner was very kind, serving it to me with a bougainvillea on the plate. The kind of treatment reserved for all women. Really very nice! 😊

29/07/2025: Really a good bar near a public garden. Good ownership, good food, good ice creams, good coffee, good drinks. Interior hall and wonderful terrace. A really "smart" tourist in a review wrote bad things about food but he ignores that in Italy there is a big difference between "bars" and restaurants. Compassion, he has to experience more in Italy before trying to destroy a family enterprise with his "smart" reviews...

22/08/2025: The rebateuse does her job well, although she is not very neat. (Leggings/T-shirt/Sneakers). Nothing to do with the photos, plastic chairs. You will be asked where you are from and depending on your country, you do not have the same menu or the same prices. And if you ask for explanations you will be yelled at and looked down upon.

09/08/2025: Lovely meal to round off our holiday. Friendly staff (especially the smiley gentleman), tasty food, great service. Very extensive wine list!

11/07/2025: Siamo stati davvero molto bene nonostante il caldo. Ci siamo accomodati a un tavolo esterno, ma hanno addirittura pensato a come rinfrescare i clienti fuori. Insomma, pensano a tutto e guardano tutto. Veloci nel servizio, cibi di ottima qualità.

19/08/2025: The staff was really unprofessional towards me, I paid €9 for the panzerotto (filled with air) and arancini, of which €5 for the latter, which was then sold to the customer for €3.

16/08/2025: An insult to all of Puglia! The panzerotti are barely seasoned, the focaccia tasted like it had been sprayed, hopefully by mistake, with window cleaner. I felt sick after eating it! The staff was not at all friendly! I'll never go back!!!!!!

The price was reasonable, but that doesn't justify the malfunction of some amenities listed as available, such as air conditioning, television, and Wi-Fi. Furthermore, there was no hairdryer. Despite this, the staff was friendly and helpful.

13/08/2025: Unfortunately, I don't usually make such judgments, but the rooms were dirty, smelled of smoke, and the reception service was very "cold."

26/08/2025: We paid €7.50 for the Healthy Breakfast menu, which consists of a mini bowl of yogurt with 4-5 pieces of fruit and a handful of cornflakes. We had previously asked the waiter if the espresso could be replaced with orange juice, and we would, of course, pay the extra charge. The waiter dismissed this and brought us two espressos anyway, saying, "There's no other way." Overall, we paid far too much for such a meager breakfast, and unfortunately, we can't recommend the place.
