A charming place with a medieval style. It feels like a period inn, with attention to detail and a very welcoming atmosphere. The food is top-notch; we had the pork shank with vegetables and potatoes; it melted in our mouths. The pizza is quite thin and light. The evenings with the bands playing are truly engaging, so much so that we dance around the table. A quiet place and nice people. We'll definitely be back!

Well done! It started out as a good pub, but everyone can find the food they want! I tried the sandwich, the puccia, the fries, and the excellent beer. I'll definitely be back.

11/05/2026: On our final day in beautiful Trani we had lunch at this authentic restaurant.Try to avoid the tauts on the harbour front and head for one of the smaller independent restaurants. The menu although limited was excellent, the quality of the food was superb and all at reasonable prices. Highly Recommend
09/05/2026: This rustic restaurant offers a delightful selection of local cuisine. When we visited Trani in mid-May, we found a table for four at this restaurant, located in a side street right by the harbor. The ambiance was charming and rustic. The concise menu featured exclusively local seafood dishes. The staff was exceptionally friendly. We ordered several appetizers (salad, octopus in braised tomato sauce, and gratinated mussels) and several main courses (tuna steak and spaghetti with mussels). We were very satisfied with all of our meals. We were able to enjoy our lunch in the lovely harbor setting.

Trattoria La Darsena

10/04/2026: Easter Monday lunch with a large group of friends; the owner and the entire wait staff were immediately available. The seafood-focused menu was excellent, with a great wine selection. The service was excellent, and the location was beautifully decorated. The location on the harbor was fantastic, enhanced by its elevated position above the road. Parking was plentiful within a few hundred meters.
22/03/2026: Beautiful location. Friendly and attentive staff. Fresh, well-presented dishes, not unforgettable, and certainly not abundant. Prices are high, including a €4 cover charge per person.
