11/09/2025: Evening at Claudio and Gianpaolo's always excellent dishes

05/09/2025: A sad place, stuck in the 1980s, no spark, no care. Mixed grill at 26 euros per person, minimum quantity plus a small plate with 3 potatoes and wine, we spent 100 euros for 2 of us. Absolutely too much, money wasted, as far as I remember, I will only be left with the nerves for having chosen this restaurant.

25/08/2025: Nice place, but a lot needs updating. The food quality isn't above average, and the prices are above par. I don't recommend the fried food.

04/09/2025: Mediocre quality (mostly we were served reheated food, not cooked—it arrived promptly), below-average portions, and restaurant-like prices (even though it's just a chip shop). The prices are ridiculous for what you get. There are definitely better places nearby where you can eat well and get your money's worth.

27/08/2025: After 7 days of traveling around Italy, my husband and I wanted something "on a spoon", liquid, in the sense of soup. Although it was not on the menu, we asked the waiter and expressed our desire. We were very pleasantly surprised when, before cooking, he brought the pieces that would be in our soup 👍 it was perfectly cooked, very tasty, really, all praise 🥰👍 Also, all the larger pieces were served alongside the main soup, so you could add them as you wished or eat them separately, which is also very commendable! Delicious 🥰

26/08/2025: A disappointing experience that didn't live up to expectations. The menu didn't match the actual food served: some dishes weren't available, and we were offered inconsistent substitutes (for example, salmon was served instead of anchovies). The "pilaf rice with shrimp" turned out to be a simple curry rice without shrimp, and the overall quality of the first courses was disappointing. The fried fish, unfortunately, was among the worst I've ever tasted. Furthermore, we noted discrepancies in the final bill, which seemed excessive for the overall quality.

10/06/2025: A pleasant discovery. Restaurant “il novecento” has largely exceeded my expectations. We went there with my whole family to celebrate my mother's birthday on Sunday 18th May. They offer authentic cuisine with an intimate and welcoming atmosphere, the dishes are delicious and the service is excellent. Friendly and easy-going staff. Excellent quality/price ratio. I have no doubts: I will be back!

10/06/2025: I immediately noticed the seats of this place: stools without backrests or anything to put my bag on. I put it outside on the floor and that was it. I found the fried food very good, the chips in particular. The sandwich, on the other hand, is totally average: I didn't enjoy the bun, hard, but inside the meat was juicy, not bad, condiments instead put raw like onion and gherkins. The prices are now in line with the others, sandwiches 9-11 euros and for being right in the center I would say they are fair.

22/08/2025: Thanks to a dinner organized by our neighbors under the umbrella, we discovered this restaurant. They chose an outdoor table in the alleyway and we ate divinely. They even offered us a choice of meat. The friendly and helpful staff contributed to the wonderful experience, and they promptly brought the children's orders. Highly recommended.

21/07/2025: Bad experience, terrible location, terrible staff, and expensive considering the services and prices. I've read so many reviews, and it seems like a small step to simply apologize for what happened!

12/07/2025: A very bad experience at the Mattinelle beach club in Trani. I arrive at the entrance, no one respects the queue. I go to the umbrella which is also expensive: €34. The dirty table took an hour to clean it. We take a shower and pay and that's fine. Then we leave the beach club to clean our feet: €20 cents. We go to eat at the Mattinelle beach club: €24. Two salads. We ask to move to the terrace. They say yes. After two minutes they tell us that we can't stay because the season ticket holders are arriving. At this point we couldn't do it. We left. €70 expenses. After three hours we went back. A place we don't recommend to anyone.
