08/06/2025: L’accueil du propriétaire semble froide au premier contact. Par la suite il est plutôt amicale mais ne communique qu’en italien. Les plats de pâtes doivent être commandé en duo ce qui est contraignant. Par contre le plat de pâtes choisi « pasta Fresca alla cardinale » était bon, généreux, goûteux mais un peu trop salé. Tandis que le plat de viandes varier était très bon en particulier la saucisse. Pour dessert, deux morceaux de gâteau maison qui a notre avis, au prix de 2€, était plus que délicieux. Bref, 2 plats de pâtes, 1 plat de viandes grillé, 1 litre de vin maison et 2 morceaux de gâteau pour 46€. Très satisfait mais ne vous attendez pas à de la grande classe, juste de la bonne nourriture.

13/04/2025: Oggi domenica delle Palme pranzo in famiglia all'osteria delle travi a bari vecchia. Devo dire che ci mancavo da un paio di anni. Ho trovato la solita cordialità del proprietario sempre disponibile e gentile. Altrettanto dicasi per tutto lo staff dei camerieri. Per quanto riguarda il cibo sempre di qualità con pesce freschissimo e cotto, in particolare la frittura, in maniera eccellente. Le porzioni abbondanti. Quindi un sentito grazie per tutto. 11/09/2025: A quick visit. I stayed at this property for a few days and I must say I was thrilled. I was impressed when I booked by the pool and soccer field (which can also be used for tennis). I brought my children with me, and everything met our expectations. I appreciated the flexible check-in and check-out times and the owners' helpfulness. Would I return? Absolutely!

08/09/2025: A cramped, poorly furnished studio apartment with poor hygiene due to ant infestations, even in the bed. Poorly efficient service, with "complimentary toilet paper rolls" and no trash bags and floor cloths instead of a shower mat. Nice location, but parking is a bit limited. Definitely a poor three-star rating, especially since the paid bar doesn't offer any appreciable services, and the hotel is decidedly expensive for what it offers: accommodation only.

29/08/2025: We took 1 (one) Nutella pizza divided between 3, costing €4. They charged us for 3 pizzas (€12), I asked for explanations, the lady was really convinced that by dividing a pizza between 3 it is correct to charge for 3. Come to your own conclusion.

29/08/2025: They make very good panzerotti and pizza, and the staff is very friendly. The place is almost always full, so it's hard to find a table right away. You can only eat outside. There's also a very clean restroom, which you can only access with a receipt. They don't just make pizza and panzerotti, but also chips and various sweet treats.

22/07/2025: Nice room. Good shuttle service. Poor restaurant. Never any vegetables or fruit. One evening I asked for some fruit, and they brought me two slices of pineapple in syrup, which was also of poor quality. I asked for a salad, and they told me that the salad was only for external customers. Not to be repeated.

26/08/2025: The table was messy. Not clean. Outside of the restaurant they have food that you can’t order. On the table there wasn’t any olive oil, salt, pepper or any seasoning at all. Only thing on the table was corks from wine? We waited about an hour for our food. By the time our food came we lost out appetite. Slow service and the servers weren’t even paying attention. We ordered pasta carbonara, lasagna and pasta pomodoro. Also the restaurant smelt like something was burning. The server accidentally brought 2 knives instead of a fork and knife. The pasta pomodoro was not good, parmesan on side was warm and without flavor. Carbonara was cold but somewhat good. Lasagna was good and flavorful. Overall i do not recommend the service, food and atmosphere.

16/08/2025: I've been to this place before for an A+ aperitivo. Today I went and, unfortunately, I have to report a lack of professional service. I went in for breakfast and saw they made crema caffè. I ordered it and was told "freddo" (i.e., gelato with coffee). I asked them to bring me the crema caffè, and shortly afterward, they told me they didn't bring the crema caffè because it was runny. If they'd told me that, I would have ordered something else. Plus, instead of the usual glass of water, they brought a small bottle, so I had to pay for it too. I'm sorry for the lack of style. I didn't expect that from a place like this.

08/08/2025: 2 Spritz 1 orange juice I ask for some appetizers He brings us a small plate with a few salted almonds, crisps, and olives A platter with pieces of focaccia and rolls with a mayo-flavored mix inside (cheesy), a rustico that wasn't fresh. We were about to leave when the guy with the Gigi D'Alessio-style glasses brought us 2 fried panz, cut in half. Disappointing quality. Shame on Martina Franca. €38 TOO MUCH!!

24/08/2025: Friday, August 22, 2025, 6:30 PM. Some friends and I decided to have a drink at this place. The service was poor from the start, as even though there was no one there, we waited a long time at the table. Finally, the lady (almost annoyed) arrived to take our orders. It took forever, so much so that we waited while the employees chatted among themselves, some even outside smoking or on their cell phones. We waited a bit longer and placed so many orders that there was no room left on the table and no one to clear the table. We did it ourselves, otherwise they would have kept stacking dirty plates and glasses...very rude girls!!! It seemed like every request was actually a nuisance. It's 9pm and we leave dissatisfied, mistreated I dare say, with a very high bill given the manners, the service and the context, so much so that one of us exclaims: "Guys, never again in this dump!!!"

07/09/2025: There's no word to describe our experience. We ate on a sidewalk with tables that didn't even look safe to eat at. From the beginning, the owner lacked professionalism, berating the staff in front of all the customers—a truly tasteless experience. The prices were unjustified considering the location and the food wasn't particularly high quality. We ordered the INEDIBLE seafood salad, with no dressing or shrimp, topped with lettuce—never seen before. The bottom of the plate was full of water. The staff was friendly and polite. A terrible experience, I strongly advise against it!!!

30/06/2025: Ristorante consigliato da una persona del posto, non ha deluso le aspettative. Menù non molto ampio ma sfizioso, come la rivisitazione del riso patate e cozze. Servizio veloce e accogliente, prezzi molto contenuti, vorremmo tornare!

25/06/2025: Ci siamo fidati del consiglio dello chef per il menù fisso. 5 antipasti uno più buono dell'altro e un primo trofiette, cozze e vongole da leccarsi i baffi. Per chiudere un ottimo dolce. Si gustano i veri sapori della tradizione pugliese ad un prezzo più che onesto. Complimenti!!!

04/09/2025: A very positive experience, the paccheri and sea bass were truly delicious. The staff was also incredibly kind and helpful, even when we ordered takeout (they even gave us free bread and tarallini). In short, good, high-quality food and very friendly staff.
