30/03/2024: Already at the entrance you can immediately see that it is not the usual trattoria... this is confirmed by the taste of the dishes... absolutely delicious, the waiting times proportionate to the fact that it is all express cuisine (and you can see it since they have a kitchen "on sight")...qualified and very kind staff, not to mention the owner who, in addition to advising you, is also very knowledgeable in his sector. I couldn't help but notice several reviews before going to this restaurant where they complained about the waiting times, then I understood why... the wait for the pleasure is itself the pleasure given the explosion of taste in all its dishes... for those in a hurry, I would honestly recommend going to McDonald's... the quality is not pre-cooked!
