03/01/2025: As soon as I left this place, unfortunately I went thanks to the reviews of 4.6, but unfortunately I don't see these truthful reviews, they ask you to have dinner but there is nothing to eat only two or three types of pucce, and three types of piadina , never seen a pub where they don't make burgers or fries, they bring the chips to you packaged in a bag, cold and old place, Not to mention the waitress, she wanted to take away my glass with the beer still in it... €15, 50 for 2 beers 04, and a trio, a place to forget..

25/08/2025: Meh. Beware of photos that portray a quality complex when the reality is completely different. Air conditioning broke in the rooms in August, swimming caps are mandatory at the pool, even for bald people 😂 while for grandma who has hers that stick out, no one says anything. Ultra basic breakfast, old-fashioned rooms from the 80s. Bathroom and shower where over 80 kg you burst the walls like a fan... Also remember to take extension cords and power strips. 2 outlets for the room. The worst, room 313 where the previous occupant smoked a carton of cigarettes in the room and the bathroom... then, 40 minutes of walking to get to the Bisciglie marina in the evening. In short, save your money or spend a little more so as not to ruin your vacation like we did...

22/08/2025: Great location!! I compliment the pool staff because they were available for anything!! Except those on the beach. No greetings, not even friendly ones. The only thing we were happy about was the pool. Nothing else. The pool bathrooms were dirty! The furniture in the rooms was old and dangling!! The phone charging sockets were one in the room and one in the bathroom if you needed to charge something else!!! There were still hairs from the previous guest in the tub and on the pillow too. The air conditioning didn't work, you can imagine what that night was like!! Their answer was always the same!!! It's on!!! For the money they're asking, it's not worth it!!! Maybe it's time to clean up. P.S.: Outside the gate, you have 4 stars, but in reality, you have 3!!! So!!!

09/06/2025: We had our wedding reception in this estate, perfect in every way. Kind and always available staff, fantastic and impeccable cuisine in all the service. Praiseworthy Michele and Marta who make you feel at home from the first moment, always available and ready to listen to every little request. 5 stars are too few for the service received. 28/08/2025: Upon arrival, we received an incredibly warm welcome and were allowed to check into our room early. The room is very simple and quite dated, and the bed linens were fresh, but there were still visible signs of dirt. The view, however, is fantastic. The parking lot is unfortunately a 10-minute walk away, but it's okay. The breakfast was delicious.

13/08/2025: Room: Relatively small, a bit noisy due to the sea view – thus a direct view of the promenade (Viale Regina Elena) and the Fontana – of course, it's always busy in Italy during peak season! Clean and fully equipped. Service: Very friendly welcome, all information provided. Access by car for luggage logistics: via Via Venezia, Viale Dante Alighieri, and Via Giuseppe Mazzini – license plate number must be provided to reception to obtain special permission! Location: The top dog in Grado – great location with a sea view! Restaurant: Yes, good quality, but for lunch from 2:00 p.m. onwards, only toasted bread or sandwiches are available, which is a shame. Great wine list! Parking: Located on the other side of Grado – Riva della Serenissima / Riva Garibaldi – open space (approx. 15 spaces) and covered hall (6 spaces), about a 10-minute walk (800 m). Overall, a really nice hotel!

15/08/2025: I had the opportunity to eat breakfast at this restaurant every day (because the hosts of the apartment I stayed in (I recommend this accommodation, by the way!, but that's a Booking.com review) are also the owners of this restaurant/cafe). My breakfast consisted of a cappuccino and toast :) I also had the opportunity to try a tuna croissant. P.S. For those who love sweets or simply traditional Italian (SWEETY) breakfasts - the croissants were fresh and crispy!

08/07/2025: Nice place with a nice outdoor area both veranda and garden. Good drinks but nothing extraordinary, average food. Nice and kind service guys. Average prices. Good for a quick aperitif.

16/06/2025: I didn't know this place before tonight, large menu, excellent food and kind and friendly Rossana gave us great advice. It's not true that we won't be back...we will be back for sure!
