25/07/2025: In the Lucera countryside, with little indication and a few dirt roads, we arrived in the unkempt garden of a beautiful villa. The rooms were consistent with the photos on various websites: small, very beautiful, with attention to detail, including quality linens and original, new, and very beautiful architecture. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. The TVs were large and the seats comfortable. The only flaw was the dim lights, but the details were still there. The problem is the organization, which absolutely needs to be improved. Little information, the breakfast was truly miserable, served in the room with sealed supermarket products of unknown brands, so it was unclear whether they were suitable for cholera sufferers. Breakfast was therefore self-service in the room, but you have to be able to use the cappuccino or coffee machine, and worse, do it at the desk!!!! The Wi-Fi password was never obtained or written down anywhere... the staff handed us the room keys and disappeared. The much-vaunted restaurant has amazing potential because it has a beautiful view, but the menu is a disaster, despite the efforts of the very kind waitress/cook/jack of all trades... not even fruit for an excessive price! I'll specify an appetizer, two pre-cooked cutlets, and two main courses with a bottle of water and a bottle of wine, a dessert. The bill was €107... in the morning, a mistake by the waitress forced me to wake up. Too bad... very nice and comfortable rooms, but the organization absolutely needs to be revised, from the welcome to the management.

20/07/2025: Impeccable place, immersed in total relaxation. The room was super clean, the smell of cleanliness wafting through as soon as you enter. A generous breakfast was served on the terrace with a wonderful view. We'll definitely be back.

23/06/2025: We were there for a party but I was able to verify that there are many parking spaces, entering the lawn we also find comfortable outdoor armchairs, inside the room we were in the cool and we enjoyed the dishes served. Well done I will return

22/06/2025: I've been with my relatives but the food wasn't always very good, the waiting time is centuries old and the environment is quite nice but not clean. Very high prices. I don't recommend it

07/07/2025: A beautiful place to have dinner right by the ocean 💗 celebrated our birthday there. Food was great and there was a really great dessert menu as well with lactose free options! Would definitely recommend and go back.

03/05/2025: Non è la prima volta che pranzo in questo ristorante e devo dire che si conferma un ottimo posto. Sapori genuini, cibo locale e gentilezza nell’accoglienza e nel servizio. È presente anche un trullo dove pasteggiare è davvero una bella sensazione. Prezzi allineati con gli agriturismi della zona. La domenica e i festivi il menù è a prezzo fisso. Lo consiglio!

20/03/2025: Posto bellissimo, cibo fantastico, Peppe (o Pino non ricordiamo precisamente il nome) ci ha trattato come se fossimo a casa sua, coccolati dall'inizio alla fine. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

04/09/2024: Ottima la Paposcia ed il servizio, accogliente e cordiale. L'ambiente è semplice con i tavolini all'esterno che sono comodi e disposti nel modo migliore per gustare con comodità quanto ordinato. Il locale bisogna cercarlo, non essendo in buona vista, ma ne vale sicuramente la pena. Consigliato

03/09/2024: Dopo aver visto le numerose recensioni positive abbiamo voluto provare anche noi questo locale e non possiamo far altro che confermare quanto di positivo e’ stato riportato. Paposcia eccezionale, materia prima eccellente, servizio rapido e molto cortese. Che dire, ci ritornerò sicuramente perché è l’unico posto dove ho mangiato la vera papiscia. Complimenti.

15/03/2025: The best drum bar.. finally some good croissants worthy of being called croissants, artisanal stuff. Highly recommended.. very satisfied😍 you absolutely have to try it to believe it.. very clean and welcoming place, not to mention the staff and the owner.. very polite and cheerful people❤️ finally found a reliable bar. I will come here every time I go out for breakfast. Thanks for everything ❤️😍

14/07/2025: Ambientazione davvero suggestiva quella della masseria La Porticella di Avetrana. A fronte di tale ambientazione il rapporto qualità prezzo è alto anche se l'impasto della pizza (abbiamo mangiato solo quella) è rivedibile. Devo dire che nel leccese in generale la pizza non è un punto di forza. Tovagliato finalmente di stoffa. Personale squisito.

04/05/2025: It's 3:37 am and I just got home from the emergency room! I had asked for a lactose-free crêpe with dark chocolate, not with Nutella, because I'm allergic to dried fruit. As soon as they delivered it to me, I asked if it was dark, to make sure I could eat it. They tell me everything was ok. After eating part of it, I started to feel very ill, I took the antihistamine at home, but it had no effect and I ran to the emergency room, where they gave me an IV and tests. It turned out to be a strong allergic reaction, therefore the lack of attention from the staff was very serious. It is important to be careful about CONTAMINATION or INGREDIENTS… when a customer exhibits allergy/intolerance. Really SERIOUS, I went through 3 hours of hell, I won't go back again. From complaint!

23/07/2025: An old-fashioned grill/pizzeria, good pizzas, excellent meat (especially horse meat), not to mention the buffet featuring local and typical Salento products. Fair prices and good quality. Between those who will be happy to go and those who might turn up their noses, the solution will be the crocchè, which you absolutely must have.

01/07/2025: Excellent option for those who have to wait for a train for a connection or even a bus. Very good pizza, as are the prices - you spend more or less half compared to the bar in the station just crossing the square! I would add another positive and not obvious aspect: the kindness and cordiality of those who work there. Receipts given to everyone present, without any request, good! The only "negative" point, if we want to find one, is the little space inside: there is however the possibility of sitting at the tables outside (hoping there is no one smoking). In any case, excellent point of reference, I will definitely return.
