18/08/2025: Giangrande Brothers, an incredible experience. The food is delicious, plentiful, and high-quality. The pizza is excellent, cooked to perfection and made with fresh ingredients. The appetizers are truly spectacular, with a variety of delicious and generous dishes. But the real highlight is the marinara risotto, simply divine! The staff are professional and extremely kind, always ready to accommodate requests and ensure a pleasant experience. In short, if you're looking for a restaurant that offers high-quality food, impeccable service, and a welcoming atmosphere, this is the place! I highly recommend it to everyone! 5/5 stars.

20/09/2025: Great bakery 🍞🥖🧇 very nice selection of delicious rolls, focaccias, and tarelli. If you're in the area, a traditional must-have is the baked goods here 😍. Everything is handmade and of high quality. The service is always extremely friendly and helpful. We've been coming here for over 10 years, discovering new things, and are always satisfied and delighted. And the service is very friendly.

An oasis of authenticity far removed from passing fads. I disagree with those who have called this place "old and outdated." I think it's a grave misjudgment, because in an age where all bars look the same, standardized and impersonal, this place is a true gem. The classic decor and old-world atmosphere are not a flaw at all, but its greatest asset. Stepping in here is like taking a little journey into the past, where time seems to slow down. There's an air of authenticity and warmth that modern, minimalist venues can never match. The coffee is prepared with care and passion, with a rich, enveloping flavor that leaves no doubt about its quality. The same goes for the desserts, gelato, and the legendary Affogato, which taste "homemade" and reawaken childhood memories. Antonio and his family are always kind, professional, and attentive. They welcome you with a sincere smile and make you feel at home, far from rushed and superficial.

The property is impeccably maintained, and a fairytale atmosphere reigns from the moment you enter. The interior rooms are refined, the outdoor grounds are meticulously maintained, and the perfect setting for unforgettable weddings. The staff is highly professional, always available, and attentive to every detail. The cuisine is top-notch: refined dishes, local ingredients, and meticulous presentation. Each course was a true culinary experience. A strong point is undoubtedly the organization: nothing is left to chance, everything is coordinated with precision and kindness, making guests feel welcomed and pampered from start to finish. I highly recommend Castello Monaci to anyone looking for a dream location in Puglia.
