01/11/2025: A beautiful place...how could it be if every alley in Ostuni is worth a historical novel? But the interior is also well-kept and clean. Excellent service. The guys smile and proudly talk about their dishes, traditions, and a bit of culture. To be honest, I was hesitant to eat there given the menu, because I found it too "homemade." Instead, it's spot on: it feels like eating at home, with exceptional, fresh products. In short, a few items, but good and carefully prepared with quality ingredients. I wasn't so thrilled with the orecchiette with turnip tops and burrata, but I'll start with the dairy-based issue.

The master baker's expertise is evident, with frize and biscuits expertly crafted with skill, experience, and passion. A wide variety of products, both sweet (croissants, muffins, tarts) and savory (pizzas, rustici, and delicious fried calzones), including the naturally excellent bread. Entering Panifico Rosetta, you're greeted by aromas that remind you of your childhood—the good, genuine things of the past, along with modern, innovative products. The service is kind and friendly, and you can sense their passion. Well done!

28/10/2025: Pizzeria located on the outskirts of Altamura where fortunately you have no problems finding parking. The pizza and dessert are good. I give 4 stars only because the wait was a bit long.
