26/02/2025: Pizzas spectacular. A perfect cake with a very original decoration. Tradition in a new version. Once again, it is confirmed that sometimes it is worth going a little off the beaten track. Nice and atmospheric place. Friendly, competent service.

23/02/2025: A wonderful pizzeria, beautiful and welcoming environment, friendly staff and super pizzas, even for lactose intolerants, for the first time I also found a wide choice of vegan desserts. I highly recommend

25/02/2025: SHOW!! 5 STARS FOR EVERYTHING. ACTUALLY, MORE! On holiday in Tirrenia, we ask for information on where to go to eat Cacciucco and fish. Always went to Livorno. They suggest this place 30 km inland. Freeway and we arrive. Very nice place, inside and out, welcoming and friendly staff. They bring us Cacciucco x 1, fish menu x 1, 1 spaghetti with seafood. SHOW!! I almost felt sorry to eat them because they were so beautiful!! EXCELLENT AND ABUNDANT. Exquisite! I swear we'll be back!!! Even the girls and wife ate EVERYTHING! WHAT silence while we ate!! Well done. Highly recommended. VERY HONEST prices!!!

05/03/2025: Very crowded pizzeria on a Saturday evening, I was right to book. Despite this, the service is fast and efficient. Furthermore the pizza ordered was absolutely delicious. Of note is a rather varied menu and the possibility of having doughs with particular flours. I will definitely return when I'm in the area

17/01/2025: Good pizzeria, also offers first and second courses for quick lunches. The quality of the food is good with reasonable prices. Small flaw, the sometimes difficulty of parking as it is on a very busy road close to the historic center of Pisa.

16/03/2025: Last night we discovered a small pearl in the center of Pisa, a stone's throw from the Arno River, there is this small but enchanting pizzeria where you can enjoy wonderful pizzas with very light dough and excellent ingredients accompanied by craft beers. The owner Giovanni is the magician of baking and pastry making. He has won several awards and you can enjoy some amazing desserts created by him. His "schiacciata" and Easter colomba are selling like hot cakes. Not least his panettone which gave him 1st prize. in an important competition it was a wonderful discovery for us and we recommend it with our eyes closed, it cannot disappoint you❤️

16/02/2025: Only pizza and desserts can be consumed by specific choice of the owner. The pizza made with sourdough is wonderful, top quality ingredients, a nice assortment of craft beers. What about desserts? Fantastic, the owner has won awards for desserts he produces, top place!!!

08/03/2025: I came for dinner with two other couples, we are always in the place to be honest and I can only say... we will be back soon, welcoming place, professional staff and super excellent food with the right cost and not at all excessive. The new chef, a young girl has imagination and passion that you can taste in every course. Young professional boys and the owner... a great owner. I really recommend it wholeheartedly.

03/03/2025: Lo scorso fine settimana sono stata in questo ristorante con alcuni amici e l’esperienza è stata davvero piacevole. Ho scelto un antipasto e un primo, l’uovo e i pici al pecorino, entrambi deliziosi e ben presentati. Il servizio è stato eccellente, con uno staff giovane, attento ed estremamente educato. Inoltre, ho apprezzato la cura con cui è stato servito il vino, un dettaglio tutt’altro che scontato. Il locale è molto bello, pulito e curato nei minimi dettagli. La scelta dei colori e dell’arredamento è davvero piacevole e di stile. Piccole attenzioni come l’entrée e la schiacciata servita all’inizio (davvero buonissima) fanno sentire coccolati dall’inizio alla fine. Una menzione speciale va al tiramisù: davvero squisito, uno dei migliori che abbia mai assaggiato! Super consigliato!

15/01/2025: Cozy place, we stopped for lunch after a visit to Volterra. Friendly and welcoming staff. The menu ranges between meat and fish, carefully prepared and very good dishes, with average prices.

22/02/2025: Good pizzas cooked at the moment. We had dinner there, one pizza per person is fine. You can see how they put the ingredients and form the dough. Quite attentive and pleasant. I recommend eating at the local to have it fresh.

02/02/2025: We went for lunch yesterday and had a really positive experience. Good food and many local ingredients, fast service and invaluable advice regarding the dishes to order. Finally, I purchased some single portions to eat at home and they were also up to par with the rest. Definitely recommended
