17/09/2025: Unfortunately, I can only give it 2 points because: 1. The pizzas are good, but not outstanding. 2. The pappardelle with wild boar was unfortunately cold, or lukewarm at best. 3. The seafood starters were forgettable; ice-cold and tasteless mussels served with cold squid in cold and equally tasteless spinach. Accompanied by a horribly dry whole-wheat baguette. Tip: The chef should perhaps spend more time in the kitchen chatting than on the terrace. But: The server was very friendly, quick, and attentive. Nevertheless, we won't be going there again.

13/09/2025: Great value for money (everything is a bit dated, but absolutely fine), great pool, beautiful view. There's a tennis court, a soccer field, a playground, two pools, and a restaurant. The pool bar is also very good. All in all, it's simply fantastic, especially with children.

19/08/2025: We found this restaurant-pizzeria by searching online for an online reservation for nine people; we loved the place. The ambient lighting is soft and intimate, perfect for a tête-à-tête dinner. "La Clessidra" has been featured in the Michelin Guide numerous times, and it's a shame we booked just to have pizza. Regardless, they were delicious, with such a light dough that I could easily order a second one and finish it off. The ingredients were fresh and flavorful; the service was impeccable, with all the different pizzas we ordered arriving simultaneously. The welcome with a glass of prosecco and "cantuccini pugliesi" (Puglia biscuits) was a welcome treat. I usually order a beer with pizza, and "La mì Pisa" (a craft beer I already knew) was an excellent match; despite its higher alcohol content, "amber Belgian Ale-style, raw, unfiltered," it proved unexpectedly light (very) and digestible. The total cost for nine people was a surprise, averaging just over €20.00 per person. Even considering the single appetizer one of our guests ordered, preferring it to the pizza, it was greatly appreciated for the distinctive flavor of the "cabbage and cod roll with chickpeas and leek cream," which certainly convinced us to return to try the other dishes on the menu. This pizzeria-restaurant is definitely recommended! (Note: the "Torta cò i bischeri" is delicious and not as dry as similar products we've tasted over the years at various restaurants.)

17/08/2025: Beautiful restaurant in a historic 13th-century setting. Decorated in a historical theme that harks back to a bygone era. The food is truly excellent; we'll return for the pizza, too.

28/09/2025: Rude, know-it-all, ignorant, and I'll leave it at that. Poor food and terrible service. I only save the young man, the waiter, whose name I unfortunately don't know. The rest was disappointing!

04/10/2025: We accidentally entered into this cafe. The pizzeria is small but very cozy. The staff is very friendly. We ordered pizza "Contadina" and two espresso. The pizza was very tasty🤤 The dough is different, that I ate in other town, but it doesn't make it worse. We were in no hurry, so we did not pay attention to how quickly it was brought. While we were sitting, there were a lot of orders for delivery from the locals, so I think we made a great choice) The only wish: to duplicate the menu in English (I had a translator in my phone and it helped me). Grazie mille!❤️

03/10/2025: Belly is belly, there's no other way to describe it, the pizza is the best in Pisa, then the cecina is out of this world with that crust and the soft inside, it's perfect

27/08/2025: Pizzeria/restaurant with excellent value. I was brought here on a recommendation as an excellent seafood spot, and I must say I found the fish to be fresh and well-cooked. The portions are generous, and the wine list is interesting.

Just steps from the center, you'll be greeted by the friendly and professional waiter who will graciously guide you on an authentic journey of flavors...providing delicious dishes prepared with passion and care. Fair prices and excellent quality...highly recommended.

02/09/2025: As expats we were looking for a place to get authentic Italian pizza. And their particular type „Salsiccia e Friarelli“ is in my opinion maybe the best pizza I was ever enlightened to eat. That’s why we baptised this restaurant just „The Pizza Temple“. Grazie.

12/08/2025: I recommend changing the air conditioning. With these abnormal temperatures, a place that's in the sun all day, with glass walls... small... I highly recommend it. A few more precautions. Also, it's a bit expensive. We're in Pontedera on the main street, not Viareggio!!!!
