13/06/2025: I expected something more, given the reviews. The pizza wasn't great but it wasn't terrible either. For those who love non-Neapolitan pizza with a low edge, then this is the right place. The only flaw I found in the margherita was the fior di latte that melted and fused with the tomato during cooking. In my opinion, the ingredients must maintain some of their individuality. A cheese must resist cooking a bit. The surprise of the place in my opinion is the babà, it's worth going for it. Another thing that needs improvement is the Wi-Fi, I was left isolated in the place. Update owner's response: I wasn't expecting the Neapolitan. I came to the place to understand what the identity of the pizza was since there were contrasting photos on Google Maps (photos with a high edge and photos with a low edge). I also asked the waitress before ordering. I can't express an opinion on the digestibility because I don't have problems digesting pizzas. I also add that the tomato seemed more like sauce than pulp to me.

31/05/2025: No tables were available so I had a pizza as takeaway instead (spicy one with nduja and salami). WOW! Superb pizza, so tasty and very generous with the ingredients, great value for money. Large menu, it was difficult to choose and really wanted to go back but they were closed during the remaining time of my trip. Grazie!

25/05/2025: It's a real gem, incredibly good pizza, cute setting with a terrace with a view and top service. Mara the owner and all the guys are super welcoming and professional! To return several times! Ps. I recommend the Ruconzola, the Guancialina, and the Zuccona. Dessert: MelaMisù!

06/07/2025: Great pizzeria. Don't be put off by the exterior. The pizza was delicious and the price was right. The pizza was perfectly prepared and large. Just add the house wine and everything will be perfect. The service was friendly. It didn't take very long, either.

05/07/2025: Thanks for the very good Italian food, pleasant atmosphere, appropriate prices (rather lower). We were satisfied. The only negative for us Czechs... Please try to keep at least one Czech beer brand in Italy, the Italian one is just miserable. That was a joke, but it would be useful (and I'm not a big beer drinker). ;-)

29/06/2025: We had dinner and we had a great time, the food was excellent, compliments since we came from Trentino and I found an excellent Florentine steak and an excellent meat tartar, very good and well served 🥰 the wine was excellent 😘

30/06/2025: Had a gorgeous vegetarian pizza but I replaced the mushrooms with ham! So so tasty, full but had to finish. Had paracetamol after, delicious. Loved the whole atmosphere, felt like the "Nonnas' film, very much a family/local affair, in front and behind the counter and delicious food - great price too.

21/06/2025: The real Neapolitan pizza in Pisa (and not only: many other typical dishes of Neapolitan cuisine). The place is a bit narrow, it benefited from the outside tables in the summer, it's a shame they don't use them anymore

01/05/2025: Cena con un'amica per festeggiare il mio compleanno. C'eravamo già state insieme qualche anno fa. Siamo state accolte dal sorriso e dalla gentilezza della cameriera. Antipasto Fantasia di Mare delizioso,Frittura Totani e gamberi con zucchine e carote croccante e non unta, cialda croccante con panna e fragole squisita. Prosecco e caffè. Abbiamo avuto la conferma di aver fatto bene a tornare! Cibo buono,ben impiattato. Personale gentile,accogliente e preparato. Lo consiglio sinceramente.

17/05/2025: Nice surprise discovered on the fork. Very kind and smiling staff, who can advise on the dishes of the day without being at all invasive. Nice place, even the outside area and excellent pizza. We will return to try the appetizer for two which must be exceptional. Craft beers and a wide selection of wines from all regions. Well-selected desserts and affordable prices.

23/05/2025: We felt very welcome in this really nice restaurant. The food was outstanding and they have a large variety of local and Italian wines. We enjoyed out time at this place a lot.
