27/02/2026: Extra friendly waiter from Kosovo!!

14/11/2025: I need to update the restaurant's opening hours. I went to the restaurant on Friday, November 14th. Google Maps said it was open, but upon arrival, I found everything dark. The number was clear, and they responded to my question if they were open. The answer was a terse no, and they hung up in less than a second, maybe a tenth of a second. Well, I can't review the food, but based on how they responded to my call, I definitely won't be returning.

27/08/2025: A rather basic restaurant in the Impruneta community center (but I believe it's independently run). Everything was fine; the coccoli appetizers were delicious, and the pizza was decent. Friendly service.

24/08/2025: Nothing special, small portions, little cacio e pepe that tasted like supermarket oil, Tuscan starter with just 3 slices of ham, salami and a crostini €14!

28/10/2025: The food (appetizers, main courses, dessert) was delicious, the service friendly, and the wine good and perfectly chilled. The value for money is unbeatable!

13/10/2025: Pasta with clams never disappoints, the best on the Costa d'Argento. Very fresh clams, a mouth-watering Cremona. Well done Gigi, you're always the best.

27/10/2025: They overcharged us for the pizza. The pizza was not that good. They brought 2 pieces of stale bread to the table in a basket. We didn’t order it. We dipped the bread in oil that was also on the table with vinegar that was there when we sat down. We got charged for putting oil on the bread. They called it antipasto and charged 5 euro. We paid it but felt scammed. It is a scam and they knew it. The bread would not have been edible without the oil. The guy at the cash is aggressive and rude. I wish I had read reviews for this place before going.

26/10/2025: Not the best experience, the man on the bar was super kind and welcoming, but we were waiting for a pizza and risotto for about 50 mins, and finally we got tired and confused, and than we checked the feedback and realized our mistake, if you value your time, just be careful, they just explain all that it is too much people,🙂 the food is good but in Italy as average. If you have no rush you may try, especially the second floor space

10/01/2026: Pizzeria but no pizza, no selection

21/12/2025: I work here, I'm from Pomarance. I sit down to eat lunch and nothing happens. I order a portion of fries and a plate of tagliatelle with meat sauce. Well, they bring me these fries and the girl leaves (maybe in her car). She was just passing by and wanted to ask for the sauces. So I get up and go in (I was sitting at the tables outside) and there's no one there. I waited 5 minutes and the owner, also from outside, comes in and I ask for the sauce. As I put the first two fries in my mouth, boom, here comes the pasta. I ate the pasta cold! In short, for the service and the quality, I find myself paying 23.10 for a plate of pasta, a portion of fries, and a can of Fanta! + 1.50 cover charge + 1.10 service charge! In short, a rip-off!

02/01/2026: I've never been served such a terrible pizza in Italy as here: pancake-like dough, sparse toppings, and already half cold. I only refrained from complaining out of politeness. The tiny restaurant was deserted. Occasionally, people came to pick up pizzas they had pre-ordered by phone. By 8 p.m., we couldn't get an espresso: the coffee machine had already been switched off. In short: Blasi's was a complete disappointment!

03/10/2025: We always eat here when we're traveling through. It's a very good restaurant with pleasant, friendly service. The prices are absolutely reasonable for the quality and the food.
