I migliori ristoranti di cucina pizza e pasta in Toscana

23/05/2024: Il bar/forno/pasticceria è un po' nascosto (comunque è indicato da un cartello ben visibile), ma in posizione strategica, infatti è dietro ad un istituto superiore e in pratica è il bar della scuola, per cui è sempre pieno di studenti. Il locale è piccolo e spartano, ma offre ampia scelta sia di dolci, sia di salati e ha anche tavoli all'esterno, inoltre a servire ci sono due giovani simpatiche e carine. Se vi capita di essere nei paraggi ve lo consiglio anche solo per uno spuntino. Buoni sia il caffè, sia la pizza All'entrata è presente uno scalone a scendere, pertanto per le persone su sedia a rotelle è stata predisposta una rampa.

28/08/2024: Wow, we had lunch today at the Spadaforte pizza restaurant in the center of Siena and I have to say thanks to Luigi, a nice guy who knows how to both recommend their dishes and also welcome customers. Thanks from Giusy and Salvo and daughters from Palermo.

27/08/2024: The owner of the accommodation where we were guests recommended this restaurant to us. The lunch was really good and the service was impeccable. The prices are excellent for being in the heart of Piazza del Campo in Siena. The pici cacio e pepe and the platter are recommended but the rest is also excellent

12/05/2024: WHEN TRYING IS NOT ENOUGH The environment looks good and due to its asymmetries it also becomes friendly and pleasant but precisely because of how it is structured it becomes a problem for the staff who find it tiring, pouring this discomfort into the service. This is why the waiting times are very long and when the dishes arrive they are cold. As an appetizer we took the montanare which were beautiful to look at but poorly executed with flat flavors and a hard, cold dough. The pizza was good but I repeat that it should not be served cold. We also ordered 2 burgers, which arrived 15 minutes later from the pizzas and were again cold. The desserts should not be commented on because after two hours I would expect something better. If they increased the staff by training them properly they could also ask for something more but today they would have to ask for something less.

21/07/2024: There is a lot of choice at lunchtime. But sometimes the food can be dry.

03/07/2024: Nothing special pizzeria tugged away behind a small park in Carrara. The crust is thin and the dough was well baked but there was too much red sauce on the pizza and too little use of herbs and spices. The service was friendly but extremely slow. I’m not sure the regular staff was hosting since they seemed quite inexperienced despite their age. Not expensive though. We paid 34 euro’s including drinks for 4 persons. But I think they gave us a discount because of a mistake in the ordering.

27/08/2024: They are attentive to cleanliness, they use gloves to handle food (this is not normal). Unfortunately the pucce are a little too full of crumbs.

27/08/2024: It has changed ownership and is now called Luna Rossa. We used to eat well, now at least for me we eat better. Here in Tuscany unfortunately we eat wafers so finding a place that makes real Neapolitan pizza was a very pleasant surprise. The dining room staff is also attentive and kind and the prices, given the quality, are very competitive. Try the fried calzone.

22/08/2024: Pizza sauce was to wet it was dripping over everything. The bruschetta was soggy and not worth the price

22/08/2024: Very nice place but very very expensive for what we ate too bad 2 adults 2 children almost 83 euros small bottle of still water 4€50 a glass of orange juice 8€ covered 4€ per person quantity for the dishes very insufficient in compared to the final price 45 min to get the bill because to avoid an empty room. Avoid if you are more than 2 people. PS: Quattro euro il copperto e 8 euro un bicchiere Di succo Di frutta. Vergoniozo

31/07/2024: On the date 31/07 I ask the coffee girl at 11am if they still make pancakes and she says no. Within 20 minutes a family comes and asks the same thing and she does. Just to find out, I ask if they've gone back to making pancakes and she says, not just savory ones. Which were also salty because the table was next to mine and the other girl also warned that other pancakes were ready. But do we have any coherence? Now the staff decides who does it to and who doesn't? And what they're giving me, I'm paying like everyone else.

30/07/2024: Very good restaurant offering a good selection of typical local dishes and the usual classics. Good, friendly service and good value for money. One of the few places to allow pineapple on pizzas which made our daughter's day. Have been here a few times now and always had a good experience.

02/01/2024: It's not yet chill Ca' luce...my husband is Neapolitan and therefore I use this apophthegm. If you read the menu carefully, it seems that in Maremma the food is free! But how much do you want a crepe with a drawstring to cost (in Chiusdino??? come on, we're not joking) what do you need a magnifying glass to be able to slice it? two (2) mini tortelli stained with ragù with a sprinkling of curry and mace (in Maremma? ?) And desserts packaged in huge plates edged with icing sugar and mysterious powders? Super shocking bill in a tavern lost in the countryside!!! to turn your head to the left while driving by on the road towards Massa M.ma.
