23/05/2026: This is a complete tourist trap , if you like and think olive garden is "good real" Italian then this the place for you. But if you didnt travel 1000s of miles to be given food barely definable as Italian then don't come here. I ordered a meal with black truffle (one their most expensive first courses ) and they forgot the truffle so I paid 20 euro for a ball of mozz and some green salad ....after I complained they came back with some sort of shavings that was anything but black truffles...it was ok not even worth 12 nevermind 18. Service and people were great but they set a bad taste for me the rest of the night. Location is ok as well.

13/05/2026: Tourist trap restaurant... I ordered a mixed salad which was served in a cheap salad bowl... no effort whatsoever... lots of lettuce, an open can of tuna, and two sad-looking pieces of tomato. Absolutely no dressing! I was told that oil and vinegar were on the table (!). Impersonal service... I do not recommend it.

01/06/2026: I'm giving it five stars because I really like their style. They're fast, efficient, and the pizza is good. The place is clean. Recommended!

08/07/2026: I invite everyone who looks at this restaurant on google to read the answers the owner sends to the customer that do not serve him 4 or 5 stars so that all can find out what kind of person the owner is before you dine at his place. Dirty space, very small pizza for the high price, they charge you for the box if you buy to go and they do not even ask before paying. They do not seem to have a process for hygiene as the cook had no apron and he did not wash his hands after using the phone and before handling the dough. The ingredient were hold in plastic containers. It is a NO for me.

23/05/2026: Excellent Italian restaurant with a set menu, generous dishes, and fast service. I ordered a first course, a second course with side dish, 1/2 liter of red wine, dessert, and coffee for a total of €20.

08/06/2026: I'm writing this review to warn other potential customers: avoid this pizzeria if you're looking for a reliable service. I placed an order through Too Good To Go, which, despite being confirmed by the app, wasn't fulfilled: when I arrived, the pizzeria was actually closed! They didn't even bother canceling the order on the platform, leaving the customer to waste their time. Even worse, this isn't an isolated incident, but a well-established practice. Prior to this incident, I've placed other orders at this business that have been systematically cancelled or handled with the same lack of professionalism. It's unacceptable for a pizzeria to consistently allow orders it knows it can't handle (or is completely unaware of), forcing customers to waste their time. This behavior demonstrates a complete lack of respect for the customer and a business management so sloppy it borders on dishonest. If you're looking for professionalism, look elsewhere.

The staff is dynamic, friendly, and fast, capable of handling every situation with professionalism and a smile. I particularly appreciated the always-just-right atmosphere, ideal for both a family dinner and large groups, parties, and events. The organization is excellent, and the service remains attentive even during peak hours. A place you'll always want to return to, thanks to the consistent quality of the pizza, the friendly atmosphere, and the ability to make everyone feel at ease!

24/07/2026: Great find! Intrigued by the reviews, we decided to try this pizza place, and it lived up to our expectations! Fair prices. The restaurant is on the main road but isn't excessively exposed to the noise of passing cars. There's both an indoor and outdoor dining area, and the staff is friendly and available when needed. The place is neat and clean. Recommended!

26/06/2026: Visiting from the Netherlands, this place has left a truly warm impression on us. From Willy the Turtle Rock, the stunning view, to the delicious drinks and the incredible six-course menu, every part of our evening exceeded our expectations. It was genuinely the best restaurant experiences we've ever had. The staff were welcoming and attentive, the ambiance was relaxed and comfortable, and we left feeling not only full, but truly fulfilled. A special thank you for making my wife's birthday so memorable and for being so accommodating throughout our visit. 07/09/2025: We found it by chance on our way back from a weekend in Orvieto. We ordered the mixed crostini, tagliatelle with rabbit ragù and crème brulee. The food was homemade and delicious, and I'd definitely return. The service was neither excellent nor infamous.

06/09/2025: It's a great idea to get off the highway and eat here instead of at a rest stop. It's a small place, but perfect for a quick stop and some typical dishes without breaking the bank.

18/07/2026: The place appears to be welcoming. Welcoming staff, but the very surly managers favor tables. The food was below expectations. They don't know what hospitality is. We asked to move our table because they sat us next to the pizza oven, but the managers didn't even show up to apologize, ignoring our request. They told us the kitchen was closed, leaving us without a main course, but they served food to a table after us. So I didn't know if the kitchen was closed for us and open for others. Moral of the story: don't be fooled by appearances.

06/07/2026: Clean place, friendly staff. The anchovies are truly delicious, the cheese from the cured meats appetizer is a true specialty, and then, as promised, the review for the pizza wizard cannot be missed, a margherita that is a spectacle for the eyes and the palate, which pleasantly surprised me, I have to recommend it. I happened upon it by chance from Rome on June 28, 2026, and I already miss it, you know, I highly recommend it for its excellent quality, and the quality/price ratio that could not be missed. 06/05/2026: Very nice place on a rainy day. The pizzas were delicious. I had to get my own olive oil, but when you add a little olive oil to the pizza, it becomes - mama mia. The only remark - when you eat a little, they try to tell you that it's time to go, not to linger too long, which is annoying. But everything else was very good.

01/05/2026: The food was good and the wine was suggested well by staff (although I later found out that having wine with Pizza was wasn't typical for Italians!) The service was fair, the staff were reasonably attentive. They did a good job of helping us select food and drink. Atmosphere was nice! We sat outside but it wasn't tight like many of the places you can eat outside in Volterra. So you didn't feel cramped while you dine.
