Pizza sottile e ben cotta. Personalmente l'apprezzo molto. Grande ritardo tra ordinazione e servizio. Le pizze come da foto si presentavano tutte molto bene. La 4 formaggi ordinata da me era poco ordinaria senza gorgonzola e con ceddar. Le focacce ripiene mi hanno detto essere un po' fredde. Le pizze sono arrivate tutte insieme senza ulteriori ritardi. L'ambiente è contenuto ma accogliente. Prezzo molto contenuto.

24/03/2024: Pizzeria absolutely not to be missed if you are near Carrara! The staff is very kind and welcoming, helpful and friendly. The room is particular and very large. For the summer months it also has a large external pergola. As soon as you sit down, a tray of cecina or Roman pizza arrives at the table, complimentary from the house, to whet your appetite. An idea that we appreciated very much. 👍 The pizza, calzones and focaccia are all delicious! You are spoiled for choice when it comes to ingredients and combinations. And if you are eternally undecided like me, the "La Fabbrica" ​​pizza is the one for you: it presents you with a selection of the 4 best pizzas in one go. Top! The desserts are also excellent, my husband fell in love with their tiramisu.
