We stayed for a week at Villa Bagno Santo, a quiet location ideal for rejuvenating both mind and body. Excellent service, provided by the owner, who is always very kind and helpful. The attached restaurant/pizzeria offers excellent cuisine, with knowledgeable and courteous staff. Excellent in every way!

Even though the place was crowded, it was well-run and the steak was delicious.

The personal was very kind and the food was excellent! I will choose this place to eat again and again. The principals plates are "pici cacio e pepe" and pizza. I love the location too. I recommend it to everyone.

It's not the first time we've dined here, and it certainly won't be the last. The pizza is absolutely delicious! The ingredients are top-quality, the semi-whole wheat dough is perfect, and the pizza chef is a real world record. Deborah, the waitress, is incredibly friendly and helpful—definitely the added value of this place. See you next year!!

What bothered me was the way the mistake in the order was handled. The pizza I ordered was brought wrong, and after they realized the error, instead of completely remaking it, they came back a few minutes later with what appeared to be the same pizza, with the missing ingredients added on top. It was quite obvious that it was not remade, but just a quick “correction”. I believe that in a place that respects its customers, such a situation should be resolved by remaking the product, not by a hastily made improvisation. Even though I appreciate the fact that they did not charge us for the pizza in question, which was a correct gesture, the way they resolved it left the impression of a lack of attention and professionalism. Overall, the taste of all the pizzas was good and the food was actually ok. This pizzeria is very busy, so it's best to book a table because the wait is very, very long. We opted for takeout pizza, and the guests at the tables get their pizzas first, even if they arrived later than we ordered. We waited 1 hour and 30 minutes for four pizzas, and that was after we'd been called in, because we probably would have been standing there until morning. The pizza itself was delicious, and the staff were friendly, so if you want to eat, you'll have to be patient. A Margherita pizza costs €7.
