25/08/2025: One of the worst pizzas I’ve ever had (look at the photos). I am a pizza enthusiast, wherever I go, I take time to visit the best pizzerias in town. I have leant to appreciate all styles, napolitana, all taglio/romana, NY, etc. Unfortunately, yesterday’s pizza was one of the worst. The place was charming with a lot of character, but the execution was poor. Watery (and misty) tomato sauce, almost unnoticeable cheese, no basil (it was a margarita pizza) and the dough did not lift in the oven. I don’t think the owners took us seriously for being tourists.

27/07/2025: Unfortunately, there's always a wait for a table on weekends. I recommend revisiting the menu; the service is always courteous, and the prices are average with other restaurants.

07/09/2025: A great discovery with the €18 set menu (primi, secondi and contorni). The pasta was excellent, especially the spaghetti allo scoglio, very tasty and generous. The homemade bread and fried calamari were also very good. A small downside was the grilled swordfish, which was a little overcooked and therefore dry. The service was decent, but surprising that the waiter responded in English when we spoke Italian, which was a little confusing. Overall, very good value for money and a great experience.

18/06/2025: Well located place, with the possibility of eating inside or outside. The double horse burger is an experience to be had paired with an excellent craft beer.

25/08/2025: Lucia, Sabina, and the entire staff were wonderful! Everything was fantastic, there were 35 of us who were a pain in the ass, and they absolutely made it a wonderful evening for all of us. ❤️ We'll be back, thank you so much.

11/08/2025: Restaurant with a lovely setting and a beautiful view. A simple menu, only in Italian. Access is difficult and only possible by going downstairs. A warm welcome and friendly staff. Delicious food. Total bill was 32 euros, with no details. Price for Pasta Norma: 8 or 9 euros with fresh pasta. Typical restaurant

08/10/2025: We don't understand how this restaurant even operates. Our Uber driver recommended Antica, but it was the worst place we've ever been. The service was utterly incompetent – ​​no greeting, no smile, the waiter didn't even try to pretend he was interested. He bought us wine as if he were doing us a favor, dropped off the bill, and didn't say a word. The food was equally poor – the pizza was overly salty and greasy, the dough hadn't risen, the oysters tasteless. Dirty glasses, uncleaned tables. At the end, a scene straight out of a bad movie – the manager yells at the waiter in front of a customer at the register. Disaster. Never again Antica.

18/08/2025: We visited La Piazzetta Restaurant and had a truly pleasant experience. We started with carefully prepared and delicious appetizers, followed by a well-stocked platter of cured meats and cheeses. We then chose two first courses and a second course: balanced dishes, prepared with quality ingredients and presented quite well. The staff was friendly and helpful from start to finish, helping make the meal even more enjoyable. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, perfect for both a quiet lunch/dinner and a convivial gathering. In short, a restaurant that combines good food, a family atmosphere, and excellent service: definitely a place we'll gladly return to.

06/07/2025: Excellent pizza and the pasta is also great, especially the pasta with pumpkin and sausage, tried on the waiter's advice and it turned out to be an excellent choice!!

It's shocking that I had to wait 10 minutes with three different people coming and going, one after the other, for a receipt, at my request. All this, along with an embarrassing attempt to provide me with a printout of my order... absurd!

21/09/2025: Excellent food, excellent service, qualified and fast staff. It's a shame about the unpleasant odors coming from the kitchen, which made the air unpleasant. This is an unpleasant issue that we suggest can be resolved quickly with better ventilation. We reported the problem to the waiter, who told us it was due to the wind. Personally, I wasn't convinced by the answer, and in any case, I can't give full marks for this small but significant issue. Have a good evening.

09/10/2025: A retro atmosphere where the emphasis is on the essentials...drinking and eating. The pizzas are simple, but packed with ingredients without being heavy. We'll definitely be back.

31/08/2025: Hotel owner became agressive with us during breakfast when he found out that we were going to take some fruit with us for the children because they did not eat anything. He asked us to pay €50 for some fruit that actually did not cost more than €2-3. We were shocked with this attitude and gave him the fruit back. Apart this incident the stay in this hotel was good. Rooms average, breakfast average, plenty of secure parking space, neighbourhood average, pool towels not available. Reception speaks good English. Other staff friendly.
