05/04/2026: True professionals! Today we celebrated my daughter's baptism, and despite the packed house, the staff remained courteous and attentive. The food was excellent, and the organization was excellent. I highly recommend them. The cake, to finish, was delicious and beautiful to look at. The girl set up the table for photos in a flash, with attention to detail. I recommend them!

05/04/2026: The food is good but the service is terrible and the staff is arrogant. Another thing is that when you have the set menu and they bring you dessert, they only bring you Sicilian cassata and if you ask for another type of dessert they say no. In my opinion it is better to change dessert because nobody likes cassata.

03/04/2026: A splendid restaurant, a wonderful dinner (I went yesterday with my partner), combined with the courtesy and great professionalism of the owner who treated us wonderfully! I am very sensitive to the cold, and he sat us at a table near the radiator; delicious and delicate cuisine, a true combination of traditional flavors such as gnocchi on eggplant cream with pistachio and swordfish (Superb); I had the delicious sautéed mushrooms and the typical house appetizer with Sicilian colors and flavors: truly delicious (based on eggplant parmigiana and caponata, cured meats, cheeses, olives, unique in their flavor); I love lemon and I ordered a lemon filled with lemon ice cream, delicious, very digestif...; an exceptional location with attentive and courteous staff and special attention to the customer: in a word: Highly recommended!

09/10/2025: First time trying their pizza and schiacciata! I have to say, I'm pleasantly surprised by the quality and freshness of the ingredients. The pizza is always well-cooked and well-topped. There are many flavors available. The schiacciata is also truly excellent. The crust is thin but crispy, and the filling is flavorful but not overly heavy. Unfortunately, the wait was over an hour because the pizza pans were sold out.

26/09/2025: Overall, I liked it. I recommend it. The downside is that if you want to eat pizza there, you can only sit in the chairs after 8 pm. I thought that was absurd. I arrived at 7 pm and ate outside. They wouldn't let me use the tables and chairs. But... the pizza is good, the service was good, and the price is excellent. I paid 2 euros for a large slice of pizza. If you're in the Etna area, in Nicolosi for example, it's worth going there to eat.
