09/10/2025: First time trying their pizza and schiacciata! I have to say, I'm pleasantly surprised by the quality and freshness of the ingredients. The pizza is always well-cooked and well-topped. There are many flavors available. The schiacciata is also truly excellent. The crust is thin but crispy, and the filling is flavorful but not overly heavy. Unfortunately, the wait was over an hour because the pizza pans were sold out.
26/09/2025: Overall, I liked it. I recommend it. The downside is that if you want to eat pizza there, you can only sit in the chairs after 8 pm. I thought that was absurd. I arrived at 7 pm and ate outside. They wouldn't let me use the tables and chairs. But... the pizza is good, the service was good, and the price is excellent. I paid 2 euros for a large slice of pizza. If you're in the Etna area, in Nicolosi for example, it's worth going there to eat.

It's a shame, though, that the website only shows photos/descriptions of burgers that aren't actually on the menu. So, if you're looking for something else, be careful. Reservations are convenient via WhatsApp. If you have small children, it's best to let them know in advance, or you might not find anything for them to eat. In conclusion, it's good... but please update your information on the website!

It was a place we hadn't heard of, and a few months ago, we wanted to try it.
We had a pretty good time.
The food was good and we liked it.
We had a long wait, but that's almost inevitable at certain times and on certain days.
In any case, we had a great evening.
09/12/2025: The service was excellent, the food was delicious, and the overall hospitality was fantastic. One thing, however, is that their English skills are limited, but they are making an effort. 😂

05/02/2026: It was a quite February evening and the attention was only divided between a couple of tables, fair enough. I had the opportunity to get to know the owner and the immense pride and dedication he takes in preparing his every dish and component from. Scratch. Do not pass go when it comes to the Antipasti, they are simple local gems. The rest I leave to you to discover as I am sure no dish is lesser than the other. Choice of wine was also very intentional, superb. This place alone is good reason to visit Grammichele in all its simplicity yet intriguing 5 facets.
18/10/2025: The location is very charming, overlooking the iconic hexagonal square, the pride of Grammichele. Inside, the restaurant is simple, yet elegant and discreet, as it's quiet. The food and presentation are meticulously crafted with passion, and the ingredients are top-quality.
As for the pizzas, they're the best you'll find in the Calatino area.
Tasty and easy to digest, the dough is exceptional, and the ingredients are top-notch.
Highly recommended!

20/11/2025: We stumbled upon this place after dinner. Surprisingly, we were the only guests on Saturday evening, which we couldn't understand at all. A very friendly and attentive young man served us and advised us on wine selection. The restaurant has a charming, rustic atmosphere, and we had a wonderful end to the evening. Olives, chips, and nuts were served with our wine. We'd definitely come back!
05/10/2025: The pizza was really good, well-cooked, and made with quality ingredients. Despite it being a Saturday night, the place wasn't crowded, creating a quiet and relaxed atmosphere, perfect for enjoying dinner without too much noise or commotion.
Another plus is definitely the prices, which are very low compared to average, especially considering the quality of the food and service.
