What a gem in the city of the mosaic staircase. Finally, after a tour around Sicily, I found a pizza that is simultaneously light and crispy, and bursting with flavor. Even the gorgonzola was subtly present. The pasta was also light with balanced flavors, a delight and highly recommended in a beautiful setting! Pure enjoyment! Naturally, with a delicious limonata and then an espresso to finish...

The staff were really friendly and efficient, no complaints there. The pizza was slightly above average, good but not particularly impressive. The prices are a bit high for what they offer. Overall, a decent experience, but the value for money could be better.

The atmosphere isn't overly formal, but the service is impeccable. The staff is efficient, polite, and helpful. We had two wonderful pizzas; I recommend the Norma. Delicious. We'll be back.

I had a great meal. The ingredients were truly remarkable. The appetizers were varied and excellent. They now also offer homemade pasta. I highly recommend it.

The restaurant is beautifully decorated, in my opinion, in Sicilian style. The waiters were very friendly, and the service was impeccable. We went for lunch for two, and ordered a mixed fried vegetable platter, a pasta dish with sausage and wild fennel, a mixed fried platter for two, half a liter of wine, a sparkling water, a half a liter of house wine, a bitter liqueur, and a sorbet. The pasta was delicious and a good quantity, the fried food was light, and the mixed grilled meat was unusual. There was one skewer per person, which was spectacular, with rolled meat stuffed with spinach and cheese. The rest was delicious. The house wine was very good. We spent €30 per person, in my opinion.
