01/06/2026: The place is a bit dark and poorly lit. We had booked a table inside because dining outside on the street with cars passing by would be worse. There was no air conditioning in the place so the evening was really difficult. The pizzas were good overall even if they served one that was burnt, the same person wasn't even brought the beer he had ordered with the pizza but on the other hand it was on the bill.

08/05/2026: I just ate the three pizzas I ordered. Each one had a different flavor, each original and unique. I recommend it 100%. Very friendly service. The pizza is made fresh and baked in the oven (see photo). Fantastic place. Pizza is takeout only. No places to eat pizza on-site. Only one table outside, but that's more for those waiting.

14/12/2025: Recommended! A small, family-run place, we ate really well and then finished with a treat: delicious homemade liqueurs 🤩 one licorice and the other bitter.

20/04/2026: I've been to this place several times and have always had a great experience. The staff is always friendly and helpful, the service is quick, and the pizzas are excellent and reasonably priced. The location is rustic, clean, and very well-maintained.

29/12/2025: Went with colleagues. The guys are kind and friendly, the pizza is well-seasoned and easy to digest. Having the bathroom outside might be inconvenient in the winter, but everything was clean.

28/12/2025: A very welcome discovery In the heart of Acireale, without a reservation, we were able to enjoy an excellent pizza and wine, one of the best both for the type of dough and the top-quality ingredients. We were surrounded by a relaxing atmosphere, with pleasant lighting and warmth even outside. We were pampered by the discreet and extremely kind staff, who, despite the holidays, were prompt and attentive. Recommended for any occasion given the variety of spaces.

06/05/2026: Recommended by my cousin, I went for dinner with the kids. A very quaint place. Excellent meat and pizza, good service, generous portions, and fair prices. We spent time chatting with the owner (I think), who was very kind and helpful. I went two nights in a row (why change if you're happy with it) and in the end, the real question is: would I go back? Absolutely.

27/04/2026: We were welcomed even though the place was very full with great courtesy, we ordered some bruschetta that was nothing short of exquisite and not to mention the pizza, truly excellent in everything from the dough to the toppings. Characteristic Sicilian-style atmosphere, I was truly satisfied, I will return again.

13/12/2025: It was my first time here, and I must say I'll gladly return... you pay little and get a lot... I ate very well, from the rustic appetizers to the first and second courses, right down to dessert and coffee. Everything was delicious, and the place was rustic yet welcoming.

24/11/2025: Alfio, the wonderful guide at the Castagno dei Cento Cavalli, recommended this restaurant for our lunch. We were delighted by the antipasto that kept arriving with so many dishes. Then our pasta which was tasty. A great view towards the sea from the windows. We enjoyed our lunch very much.

01/03/2026: Last night, my daughter Roberta (who is celiac) ordered pizzas for everyone. The pizza was spectacular; unlike other occasions, I didn't wake up with a sour taste. Congratulations on the excellent quality.

26/02/2026: The pizza is very good, the problem is that the other day a large rider with glasses wasted more than half an hour to bring me a pizza in fact the pizza was already cold and he was rude to me he told me to change pizzeria because I had simply told him a little faster next time!

05/06/2026: This review comes from 38 years ago when my father was stationed at Sigonella. They didn't have any available base housing when we transfered from Maine, so we stayed in Motta in a high-rise apartment building our first year. I remember sheep being herded down our street, I remember the AMAZING street markets every weekend. I am lucky enough to remember it all. Most of all, I have NEVER FORGOTTEN the pizza sauce from Valentino. There are only a small handful of places that have made pizza that gave me a hint of the taste of that sauce. Every time it hits, takes me right back. We went almost WEEKLY, which was insane for a military family...we didn't eat out at all. I have now made my first pizza at home, myself, and I will spend the rest of my years perfecting the sauce from my childhood. I wish you all the best!

19/11/2025: Menu with inaccurate prices on the page. I called to place my order and disputed the total, which didn't match the menu. They told me, "Madam, these are pre-COVID prices." Am I wrong, or have years already passed? He was too clever, and after he apologized, he told me we'll change them now, we didn't notice. But if you're claiming these are pre-COVID prices, something's wrong. I told them it was questionable, and they said, "We'll cancel the order." Terrible service, availability, and customer service.
