21/07/2026: A truly WONDERFUL restaurant, for many reasons I'll gladly share with you. Located on a charming bay in Fontane Bianche, despite the restaurant's elegance, you can walk up from the sea (as long as you're dressed!). The staff is very young, friendly, and attentive, and the welcome is impeccable from the moment you call to reserve. The tables are well-spaced and beautifully set. You can see the sea from every angle, through a beautiful (and very clean) window. The menu offers a limited selection, and this isn't a negative: it means carefully selected ingredients, very unique recipes, and a choice of fish, meat, and vegetarian options. They prepared a delicious pasta with tomato sauce and a cutlet with chips for my children (off the menu). I chose a SPECTACULAR and truly unique dish: cacio, pepe, and mussels! Truly delicious! And for the main course, sliced ​​beef with berries, the meat was incredibly tender and flavorful. The presentation of the dishes was fantastic, the portions just right, and the flavors truly exquisite. The restaurant is well-air-conditioned and well-lit, with beautiful, modern decor (those chairs shaped like prickly pear blades and the designer lamps... fabulous!). The restroom is off-site and very clean. It's obviously not a cheap restaurant, but it's definitely worth the experience. We had a very pleasant time and the food was more than delicious. We'll be back! You should go too!
