This restaurant perfectly represents the essence of Apulian cuisine: simplicity, authenticity, and extraordinary attention to raw ingredients. Here, every dish speaks for itself. Even a seemingly simple dish like stewed turnip tops is not only expertly cooked, but made with truly superior quality ingredients. You can clearly sense that the restaurant is run by people who know their craft intimately and do it with great passion and professionalism. 20/02/2026: I went to this steakhouse with friends last night, and I have to admit I was pleasantly surprised. The choice between pizza, meat, and excellent steak was excellent. To finish, a fennel liqueur helped a lot with digestion. Prices are a bit high, but in line with the quality of the meat. Definitely worth trying again.

The pizza dough is traditionally made with sourdough starter (Lievito Madre) and has a long fermentation period.
