15/09/2025: A very good restaurant with extremely friendly service and a very busy menu. We got a table without a reservation, but we still recommend making a reservation. The orchiette vongole, wine, grappa, and espresso were all excellent.

The pizza is the heart of their success: light and fragrant dough, top-quality ingredients, and perfect cooking. I usually order the "trullo" pizza, and every bite is a pleasure. You can tell the passion and attention to detail in their preparation. The service was friendly and professional, and the staff is always smiling and ready to accommodate your requests. If you're looking for one of the best pizzas in the area at an excellent value, Pizzeria Boomerang is a must-visit. Highly recommended! Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

25/10/2025: They know how to make pizzas! And good ones, too! But yesterday I wanted to try something new... Chianina burger, with cheddar, caramelized onion, and mayonnaise. I recommend trying it!

12/10/2025: A very traditional pizzeria in the center of Bisceglie. Nine of us came on a Saturday night and found the place quite crowded, but we had a relatively short wait to get in. The interior, however, is quite oppressive and doesn't allow for a full enjoyment of the evening. I ordered a pizza and it arrived almost burnt, but the staff was very quick and friendly and brought me a remade one. Very good pizza, highly recommended.

03/10/2025: Even from the outside, the unusual vegetation is evident: a Cereus cactus protrudes from the wall, blooming abundantly, a prelude to plump, sweet fruits. The interior is well-lit with discreet lighting and boasts a wealth of plant diversity. The elegant and welcoming dining room is a perfect setting for dinner. The dishes are excellent and the value is good. Excellent service.

05/10/2025: Even though I'd initially specified that I wanted a lactose-free pizza, I was served a pizza with regular mozzarella. And to think that I even discussed this with the waitress. I was a bit skeptical when I saw the price of the pizza after paying the bill. It was too low for a lactose-free pizza, and in fact they "forgot" to include it in the order. Thanks anyway for making me feel bad. The quality of the pizzas is high, but the service isn't—a shame.
