22/08/2025: A good restaurant in a semi-central area, at the entrance to the Varazze "Budelo" (street). Unfortunately, the location is a bit disappointing, being below street level and protected by a green wall of laurel and other plants that impede ventilation. Decent dishes, good service. Prices are moderately high for the location. The complimentary digestif at the end of the meal is appreciated.

The pizzas I ordered were simply divine, cooked to perfection and with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The flavor was perfect, with a balance between the crispy base and the generous topping. But what made the experience even more special were the staff. They were extremely kind and friendly. Overall, we had a great time . If you are a pizza lover, don't hesitate to try this place. 14/07/2025: Da tanti anni che andiamo in questo ristorante e ci siamo trovati sempre bene,ma questa sera ci siamo ricreduti.Abbiamo ordinato antipasto mare e terra che doveva essere x due persone ma da come ci è stato presentato non bastava nemmeno x mezza persona ( es. Un pezzetto di polipo di 3 cm può mai bastare x due? e così altre pietanze tutto minimal) .per non parlare poi della frittura di calamari presentata in piccoli pezzettini ( x farvi capire dei mini calamaretti che non sono indicati x la frittura duri e senza sapore).Chiediamo spiegazione al cameriere il quale va in cucina dallo chef per avere una risposta, ma non lo vediamo più. Chiediamo ad un'altra cameriera più esperta che ci delucita sul fatto che loro usano i calamari di piccola taglia in cucina e ci vuole rifare un'altra porzione di frittura ma noi rifiutiamo. Dopo per compensare ci offre un amaro che accetto volentieri. Vado a pagare il conto e mi ritrovo a pagare anche l'amaro . Insomma una vera amara serata.

14/07/2025: Siamo stati davvero molto bene! Il servizio è stato puntuale nel rispettare l'orario della prenotazione e soprattutto molto attento nel far mangiare le bambine per prime e insieme, anche se avevano ordinato piatti differenti gesto da noi genitori molto apprezzato. Il misto fritto era davvero buono e leggero. Ottima anche la pizza, anche se personalmente l’avrei preferita un po’ più sottile ma resta comunque ben fatta e digeribile. I dolci sono una vera chicca, consiglio vivamente la millefoglie e il tiramisù, entrambi davvero deliziosi. Servizio gentile, attento e impeccabile. Una serata piacevole Consigliato

It should be noted, however, that the pizza is well-cooked, so I imagine it also depends on the cooking time. A great experience.

31/05/2025: Highly recommended! Located in the historic center and precisely in the beautiful Piazza Plebiscito of Putignano where there are often musical and cultural events. Refined furnishings both inside and outside. Then... The pizza: I rarely remember having eaten such a crispy and tasty pizza. The sandwich was also excellent! We will be back!

18/07/2025: We were there for work, and were welcomed as if we were their grandchildren. The owners, Filippo and Rosaria, are two genuine, hard-working people who do everything they can to make their guests feel welcome and cared for, as do their daughters who help them, who are also tireless. After 15 days, we were sad to leave them; we felt at home. We returned two years later, again for work. The place has been completely renovated, but fortunately the spirit hasn't. I will return as soon as possible, and we will continue to return. Thank you again for everything you have done and continue to do. If you pass through Roseto, you can't miss this place. 27/08/2025: Superb! I don't remember what mine was called, but I recommend porcini mushrooms instead of mushrooms. A sublime dessert if you like cream and the flavor of Baylis.

13/04/2025: Located in the main square of Vico del Gargano, among the most beautiful villages in Italy, there is this rustic restaurant, pizzeria and paposceria business. It is certainly worth a visit, for quality, taste, assortment and last but not least passion for one's work. Honor to the merit and professionalism of Angelo the owner. Go and try it and you won't you will regret it at all, in fact, you will be amazed thanks to the quality and variety. Well done.

02/03/2025: Restaurant and pizzeria known in the city of Trani since time immemorial. The quality of the food and the dishes is equally notable. Recently renovated location, it gives an elegance that is not expected for restaurants of this kind. For years now in the Apulian area, I have had the opportunity to taste various types of focaccia, but never as good as the one baked by Arcate. Last but not least, I would never have expected quality meat like the one served, even horse meat. Add to all this the availability and courtesy of the owners together with the professionalism of the staff and the location of the office practically on the port and the experience will certainly be unforgettable. Highly recommended.
