24/08/2025: I've been hearing about this pizzeria for years, so I had pretty high expectations, and I have to say I was very disappointed. If 72 hours of leavening produces such a heavy dough, it's better to make 24 hours—it's more than enough, and if done well, it's even better. I'll start by saying that I know a thing or two about cooking and pizza, and if this is a Roman pizza, then people don't know how to eat anymore. As for the rest, the first course was good, and the fried foods too. Perhaps the supplì were a little cold in the center, but that can happen. I'm sorry to say it, but I doubt we'll be back. I just hope the criticism helps us improve. There's much more awareness these days about the quality of leavening and the products. I'd recommend widening the pizza, spreading the toppings all the way to the edge by lowering the crust, and making a dough with biga, which would help you make a more pleasant pizza to bite into. The idea of ​​an alternative 100% gluten-free menu is a great one. I imagine it's a great thing for those with this problem. The price is right, 70 euros is reasonable for 4 people eating. The service is unfortunately slow for a lunch with 4 tables occupied.

"No after 10 PM." The only explanation is that they don't need it. I'm sorry, they'll never see us again. Two pizzas thrown in the oven when possible, and I repeat, not immediately between tables, I don't think they upset the evening at the tables. Shocked.

16/08/2025: I've been to this pizzeria several times, and I have to say the pizza dough is very good. Light and crispy. They make it pretty quickly, and the atmosphere is also very nice. I even asked for a calzone to be cooked longer, and they remade it for me, which was very kind. Recommended

11/08/2025: After much research throughout the day, I decided to call this pizzeria for a family evening. Upon arrival, the place seemed quiet, but above all, far from the hustle and bustle, a perfect place to spend the evening, even with children. The staff were very friendly, the pizza and fried food were delicious, especially the cacio e pepe suppli. What was nice was that when the bill arrived, knowing it was a €15 fixed menu, we noticed they'd given a discount for the kids. We'll definitely be back.

29/06/2025: The best pizza in Monte Mario and Torrevecchia? Here it is! I have tried all the pizzerias in the area and this is the best. Whether it is round or sliced, the pizza here is really good. And no less so are the fried foods, chicken and other delicacies. They also make bread, very good, and on Sundays you can find lasagna. In this period, with the works on via Trionfale, you can easily get to the pizzeria in the wrong direction from via Acquedotto del Peschiera and there is no shortage of parking.

10/08/2025: I ordered a round pizza to go with potatoes and asked for it to be well cooked and with a little mozzarella. Instead, I got a completely bland pizza with lots of mozzarella and anemic potatoes. NEVER AGAIN!
