06/12/2025: We had dinner at the Ciopa Blu restaurant and were blown away! This place is a true gem, a perfect blend of the excellence of Campania cuisine and the authentic flavors of Basilicata. We enjoyed dishes prepared with exquisite, top-quality ingredients, which tell stories of local tradition. But it's not just the food that makes this place special: the atmosphere is incredibly familiar and welcoming, making you feel right at home. The owners are wonderful people, exceptionally kind, always ready to offer advice and make guests feel welcome. Their dedication to removing architectural barriers to allow everyone access to every corner of the restaurant is also noteworthy. A truly complete experience, combining taste, quality, and genuine hospitality. We can't wait to return to explore their menu even more. Highly recommended!

11/12/2025: The pizza was too thin and tough, perhaps with a small amount of dough. They let out too much dough, which is why it wasn't appreciated. The appetizer was unsatisfactory, and the dessert mix was to be avoided. All of this was out of line with the cost and quality.

08/02/2026: A fairly well-known neighborhood pizzeria. The pizza is good, though not exceptional. If you like thin crust pizza, it's still a good value. When the place is very busy, I recommend eating in the entrance area because the large room, when crowded, can be noisy and difficult to talk to.

08/03/2026: This restaurant is very centrally located, yet still quite quiet, almost hidden in a small square behind Via Po. It has numerous spacious and well-spaced outdoor tables, and the atmosphere is cheerful and relaxing. The menu offers everything from meat to pizza, including all sorts of delicacies. We ordered the crispy fries, which were well worth it! The fried artichoke, not my favorite since the outer leaves were too thick for my taste, and two truly delicious pizzas! Expertly cooked and with top-quality ingredients. For dessert, we chose the Nutella "zoccolette" (small pastries), which were delicious! And a meringue with strawberries and cream, which wasn't particularly impressive in presentation but was good. The service is efficient and courteous, and the numerous waiters are quick and friendly. I'd definitely say come and try it (make a reservation!); I'll be back.

20/02/2026: Overall, it was a pretty good experience. The food was quite authentic, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. The seafood noodles and fried seafood were particularly well-prepared. I originally came specifically for the roasted veal knuckle, which was recommended on Xiaohongshu (a Chinese social media platform), but unfortunately it was sold out that day, which was a bit of a disappointment. I ended up ordering a steak instead. The steak itself was quite good, but I have a small suggestion: because the restaurant has outdoor seating, it gets cold quickly in the wind, and the steak on the ceramic plate cooled down after only a few bites. I personally prefer the warmth of a hot plate; the steak definitely loses its appeal when it cools down. I hope the restaurant can consider keeping the tableware warm in the future, or perhaps increase the quantity of dishes available. Although I didn't get to eat what I really wanted this time, the service and taste were so good that I'd definitely come back next time to try the veal knuckle!

02/02/2026: A historic pizzeria in the Monte Mario and Trionfale neighborhood. They serve exceptional supplì that still taste like they did back in the day. They also offer takeout, both round and pan pizzas. Besides the friendliness of everyone who works there, it's also worth mentioning that the prices are still very reasonable, which is definitely an added bonus. We've been coming to this pizzeria for generations, and it's definitely one of the most popular in the neighborhood.

28/08/2025: A delicious, thin, and flavorful pizza. The waiter was very friendly and even spoke some Spanish, which we appreciated after hardly anyone spoke it in this part of Sardinia. The price was unbeatable, even though it was during the town festival and dinner on the weekend. 100% recommended.

29/01/2026: I'll start by saying that the pizza is good, the fried foods are excellent, and the delivery guys are young, kind, cheerful, and helpful. However, this isn't the first time I've ordered pizza for around 8:00 PM and had it delivered early. I can understand 5 or 10 minutes early, but even an hour early? I understand that there are rushes, freer times, and other times that are hellish, but I'd rather it arrive 5 or 10 minutes later so I can eat it hot than an hour early and then have to reheat it in the oven. It's a shame because the pizza is excellent, but there's no point in selecting a time if it's not respected. If it were just an isolated incident, I wouldn't worry, but it's happened often. I hope this can be improved because the place deserves it.

01/03/2026: Back after several years. Key points: The €15 fixed menu on Sunday was truly plentiful and excellent. Specifically, I ordered lasagna (and I'm very critical when it comes to lasagna, but it was truly good and plentiful), stew, and potatoes, without realizing the size of the portions. Nevertheless, I finished everything with gusto, because it was truly delicious. The only flaw was the supplì (ordered separately, not from the fixed menu): they were cold and, in any case, not exceptional (I remember well how they made them a few years ago, since we always loved them, and something has certainly changed). However, no big deal, you can't always be perfect in everything. We also ordered grilled chicken breast, cutlet, and fries, and it was all very good. Price: for three of us, including drinks, coffee, and ice cream, €60 total! Since we left really full and satisfied, it seems like a very fair price, especially on a Sunday. Parking: that's a sore point, but it's not due to the restaurant itself. Unfortunately, the area is well known for its scarcity and constant parking, at any time of day or night. Like almost all of Velletri. In any case, a quick stroll after a delicious meal is a good thing. Service: The staff was quick and courteous, despite the place being quite busy and crowded. The food arrived in a more than acceptable amount of time and without a hitch. I wanted to give it 4.5 stars, taking half off only for the supplì, but you can't give half stars. Still, consider it a 4.5. If you go back to the delicious supplì of the past, I'll give it a full 5 stars 😅 Jokes aside, overall, I definitely recommend it. I'll be back to try other dishes, and definitely the pizza (they don't serve it at lunch).
