21/08/2025: The restaurant is very well kept. The appetizers were very good, and the pizza was generously sized. The desserts were also good. The staff is friendly, and the restaurant has ample parking, but even on weekdays, it can get crowded, especially in the summer. Prices are a bit above average.

13/08/2025: A very nice place with a large outdoor garden. The wood-fired Roman pizza is excellent, and the shank is also excellent in winter.

30/06/2025: Really good pizza. We needed a smart dinner and we turned to this place. There were 12 of us, 6 adults and 6 children and everything went great! The lady who served us was really kind!

11/05/2025: Abbiamo cenato un sabato sera e siamo rimasti soddisfatti per il cibo, molto meno per il servizio. Se capiti nelle mani di un cameriere stordito, ci fai notte. Ottima la pizza.

29/03/2025: Oggi con degli amici e un cane abbiamo pranzato in questo ristorante vicino al centro di Nemi, l’oste è davvero super simpatico e gentile, così come il cameriere che ci ha servito. Abbiamo preso degli antipasti misti con formaggi vari e carciofi, e dei primi (buonissima la pasta con i porcini). Era tutto buonissimo e di qualità. Il prezzo è stato più che onesto (abbiamo speso 27euro a testa, per noi che arriviamo dal nord un sogno!). Lo consiglio vivamente a chi passa da Nemi, è proprio un’esperienza nella classica trattoria romana. Complimenti a tutti!

21/07/2025: We ate in the evening, and the outdoor seating is comfortable, with tables spaced appropriately apart. The service was decent and well-timed. I didn't particularly like the fried foods, but the pizza was really good: thin, light, and made with quality ingredients. The gluten-free pizza is also good; they're AIC certified. The homemade desserts are also good. The prices are average. We'll be back.

25/05/2025: E’ peggiorata nel tempo! E’ adatta a turisti stranieri che non conoscono la cucina italiana e ancor meno la pizza. Gli ingredienti sono di pessima qualità ma spacciati e fatti pagare come tipici del territorio. Meglio non farsi prendere in giro!

02/08/2025: This pizza restaurant is about 5 minutes walk from Lido nord station. We had a lovely dinner in L’altre Romolo! The owner was super patient and kind and explained throughly about the pizzas and appetizers. We’re foreigners but she really made us feel at home. We had great pizzas, one rosso with bacon, one with stratachela cheese, tomato’s and basil, and one parmigiana. All of them amazing. I recommend trying the fried rice balls which were great as well. If you stay in Fiumicino go get pizza from L’altre Romolo! I recommend it with all my heart ❤️.

03/09/2025: A lovely family evening; the staff were exceptional, kind, and friendly, creating a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. The food was good and the price was fair. We've been going there for years, and even though it's very simple, it reminds us of the simplicity of times gone by.

30/08/2025: I'll start by saying that I was going to write a very long review and they deleted it, in short, amatriciana with hair and ants, chicken cooked with pus juice and hairy parmesan, I'd rather eat ants from the cutlery than the matriciana, the only good things were frozen chips and bread, I went there with school and I ate a chip, plus there was the whole Noah's Ark watching me while I ate, "ate" is a big word, I threw most of the pasta behind the piano so that the guards of the Roman Empire wouldn't discover me, Noah's Ark in the big 2025🙏🏻🥀

05/09/2025: I went for lunch with a friend a couple of times during my stay in Rome. The food was divine, the lady at the cash register was delightful, the place was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and the wait staff were extremely kind. The only downside was that I went back in August and unfortunately it was closed for vacation, so I had to opt for another place. It's a shame... but when I return to Rome, I'll definitely be back to eat the fabulous zucchini flowers, artichokes, etc., which I highly recommend.

04/09/2025: Last night, 10 of us went to this restaurant, and unfortunately, it was a truly disappointing experience. We chose it because we've always had good experiences there in the past, but this time the quality was terrible. We ordered mixed fried fish to share: clearly frozen and reheated, with a truly unpleasant frozen flavor. Next, we each ordered steaks or fillets: tough, full of sinew and fat, practically inedible. The side dishes we requested never arrived, despite repeated reminders. The service was slow and inattentive, and the rudeness of the staff further degraded the evening. Added to all this, the prices were decidedly disproportionate to the quality of the food and service received. A real shame, because we were regulars. After this experience, we'll hardly return.

01/05/2025: We decided to go here for lunch after visiting the Forum Romano and will remember it for the rest of our lives. What a location with perfect view of the coliseum, great great food and definitely worth coming back for. The cannelloni is the best I’ve ever had anywhere in the world. The staff is very nice and service was great

27/04/2025: Heerlijk gegeten, de prijzen zijn fair maar met een kreeft bij het eten wordt het natuurlijk wel een pittig prijskaartje. De service is heel goed en met het advies en de hulp, die we kregen van onze serveerster Giulia was het leuke ervaring.
